Kanye West Faces Criminal Misdemeanor Charges

Kanye West may be learning it’s best to be provocative verbally, not physically. He has just been charged with three criminal misdemeanor charges: vandalism, battery, and grand theft in connection with a run-in he had with paparazzi in LAX last September 11, 2008, according to TMZ.

Kanye’s manager, Don Crowley, was charged with two counts of vandalism, battery, and grand theft each (for six counts total).

They are scheduled to be arraigned on April 14.Kanye could face up to 2 1/2 years in prison if convicted; Don could face up to five years.

I’d be shocked if either one actually saw the inside of a jail cell over this, but I must admit, I can’t wait to hear Kanye go off about this one ;)

He should be convicted of being a douche. I don’t think he’d get probation or parole for that one.
