Kim Kardashian Will Dazzle Your Feet
Are you into shoes? Would you like some professional advice in selecting some for yourself? If so, then Kim Kardashian has something for you! She is the "Founder and Chief Stylist" of a new website called ShoeDazzle. But it's not your run-of-the-mill shoe shopping website. It's a "shoe society" that, for $39 a month, you are welcome to join.
This is how it works: (1) you take a fashion survey, (2) the stylist selects five pairs of shoes (presumably based on your survey answers), and (3) you choose the pair you want. They provide free shipping. I'm not sure how payment for the shoes works (i.e., if it's covered by the membership fee, there's a discount, etc).

If you're into shoes, I could see this being a pretty fun site!

It's like Netflix for shoes, but you get to keep the shoes, you've purchased for the $39/month. It's a great way to try different styles and brands, for a fairly reasonable price.

I agree, $39 a month plus the cost of the shoes?...NO! Why pay $39 dollars a month to be a member? What about when you don't buy shoes? I would not join. As for bluescluesvr; she is either on the payroll or is Kim herself. Vera must be getting a cut to promote her site here. Why pay a fee to someone when you can buy your own shoes? At least the whore is trying to make money, Reggie is not going to marry her.

And the shipping, and the return shipping. I am wearing a pair in the pics, which I got on a total score. I am pretty sure they are lot buying funky clearance, but wow, it does sound like a fun thing to ask for for my birthday. In case you are wondering, the zipper boots, that the zip wraps around. My lucky boots, I always have a happy mood when I wear them, they make me strut, whether I want to or not.
I think it is a brilliant concept. Can I just ask that Sienna Miller chooses mine? ;)

Actually looks really legitimate and consumer friendly. You can skip any month if the $39 is better used for other purchases that month. Below is a quote pulled from the FAQ section of their website. Interesting business model for shoes!
"...ShoeDazzle makes it very simple to “Skip This Month” and believes in a no-obligations business approach. We understand that not everyone wants a new pair of shoes every month. If you’d like to skip a month, simply log in to your account section by the 5th day of the month and choose the “Skip This Month” option, and your membership will be paused for that month."

NO. It's not contractual. You only pay when you are interested in a pair of shoes. If you're not then you're not charged. Of course don't expect designer shoes but most of them retail at like double the price Shoedazzle sells them. So don't expect Payless quality but don't expect Armani or Gucci either.

Saw the shoes, and they look like street walker shoes...sorry but no. She fancies herself a clothes and shoe "professional" ...LOL..yeah Kim make sure you have something else to fall back on. I'm a member. It's NOT $39 for the membership plus the cost of shoes. It's actually $39 per month which includes the shoes and the shipping. And I love that you can skip a month at anytime.

eh what's 40 bucks. that's like not buying coffee from starsucks for 3 days (i tip, too bc if i can afford to buy a gross drink, i should be able to afford tip). so i just filled out the survey...all you had to do was pick the best outfit/shoe/designer/celebrity out of 3 that best suits your style. most of the choices offered aren't really my cup of tea.......i wish they had alexander mcqueen!!! yeah! well anyways. so i don't have to pay until i pick out the shoe. can't hurt right? not sure how many days before they put together a selection. hey vera, you should see what shoes your readers get sent, if they did the survey thing. oh and i am a REAL normal person who makes 9 bucks an hour doing retail and website management.

But really, the pricing isn't terrible, but they pick 5 pairs of shoes for you... if you don't like them, you have to CALL and have them repick them??

Plus, even though they will exchange things for free.. they charge you $6 to return things.

oh, and the other thing is... unless you give them your credit card #, they won't even let you get an idea of what kind of selections they would offer for your taste. It seems like you would be putting your card # down for who knows what... it'd be nice to see a sample prior to joining.

Sorry, but I rather go to five different shoe shops and browse myself.
The shoes are all by this guy Michael Antonio, and they are fugly! All the heels are like 5 inch hooker heels (just how Kim likes it).
You should give it a shot. I've actually been a member on Kim's site for a couple months and the shoes are actually really good. The price is right and I look forward to getting the selections every month - it's like getting a little gift in my email.
The $39 includes everything - shipping and the stylists' shoe choices. The shoes are awesome for going out and some of my friends have signed up too. Totally worth it!

I love this idea! I am very fussy about my shoes so I'm not sure it would work for me but otherewise I think it's a great concept.
I love Kim! She's beautiful and seems so sweet. She and Reggie are one HOT couple. She's a very savvy business woman, too. You should check out the boutique she and her sisters own It's very big in L.A. with the stars and has really cute things. Plus, she's into a lot of charity work.

This is a wonderful idea! I joined today and I'm looking forward to my selections. Since I purchase most of my shoes online, at double, triple even quadruple the price Kim is offering with her website, this is amazing. The people saying this is a load... are the people who buy shoes and clothing from Wal-Mart. As far as who she is as a person, that has nothing to do with the shoes. Stop hating all of you haters. If you don't like it than keep it moving! LOOSERS!!!
I agree with the fact that all the people saying such negative remarks are just sore loosers that probably have nothing good going for themselves. If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. I feel very sorry for you. I think Kim came up with a great concept. Too bad these people don't have enough brain cells to understand the concept of such a business.
What an awesome idea.... Im so mad that i didnt think of this myself before. 39 dollars per month is totally affordable, and the shoes on there are cute. I just signed up today and am eagerly awaiting for my selections. I hope they will be cute. What a fun idea. Will keep you posted about the shoes. :)
For those of you who feel the need to post ugly and nasty comments about Kim, you must really have low or no self-esteem. You're living your life hating on other people. Stop fooling yourself, it doesn't make you look good it only does the opposite! If you don't like the idea or the shoes just say it's not for you and leave it at that.
