I think this whole thing is fishy… imagine how many celebrities have probably been caught cheating and could have been “busted” in just this way – why pick these two? Oh right, because their PR people made them lol. I think that actually fits into her comment about everything not always “being black and white”… it’s not all about just promoting the Lifetime movie, but promoting their careers in general. If both spouses were in on it, then it totally works. I truly believe celebs do some crazy stuff to stay current or make waves. Whatever the situation, it’s just icky.
This is not for real, first you cant even tell if it is really them. And why is there a security camera outside taping the sidewalk, exactly where she just happens to be waiting for him….and why would a restaurant have a security camera? And for them to have been given the footage, the same person had access to both cameras…..sounds fishy. You can not see their faces at all, and why would they carry on like this in public?
I read somewhere else that there was footage of his vehicle and you could see a childs car seat in the back seat. Ah so what, lots of tall brown headed men wearing baseball caps have child car seats.

Seriously a stunt!! They looked nervous and also you cannot tell it is really them. Also, who are the couple next to them? I am sure they heard A LOT. I still stand by my original thought that it is all a publicity thing. I just don’t trust actors anymore.. that is why they are ACTORS.
rumor has it that her husband is gay, therefore making her statement of “not everything is black and white” make a bit more sense. Otherwise it’s not a denial at all. If he’s gay and they then have an open relationship, then she needs to at least choose a single guy to tryst with!

I know is hard to accept that celebs do this type of stuff. Is hard for some to believe this video is of them….some people hold celebs in such high regards. Just because her husband is gay, doesn’t give her the right to sleep with another woman’s husband.
The restaurant has a security camera for instances like being pick pocketed while my boyfriend and I were having dinner. I noticed my wallet was missing out of my purse, the owner watched the footage, and there he was stuffing it in his pocket. He was arrested that week, and they found my wallet under his mattress. THANK GOD FOR SECURITY CAMERAS! (Unless your having an affair, naturally.)
It’s not hard to accept, it’s just lame proof. You can’t see their faces so there is no proof that it’s them. The girl has long blonde hair, the guy is wearing a ball cap. That is ALL you see. That’s not proof.

and………just to play devil’s advocate here: have you seen his wife?! that could totally be his wife in the video! justjared has a picture of her and she looks very similar to LeAnn…just taller. but I do have to admit, what she said on her website was pretty much a confession that she did have an affair.
I have to agree with kelly-o. Why aren’t people coming up to their table? LeeAnn Rimes has been famous since she was a child and is still clearly as recognizable today as she was when she was a little girl, maybe even more so. So, why aren’t patrons of the restaurant asking for an autograph or photo? Better yet, why aren’t there any still photos from cell cams circling the web? Someone in the restaurant would have had to have at least snapped a pic if they recognized her. Ergo-It’s not her.

The video has been altered , watch the people on the right and the candle , when they start kissing the rest of the people go into slow motion , the frame rate has been changed to make it look like a long kiss and it looks looped

If it is in fact a real affair, they’ve got to be the dumbest people in the world. Both are married, both are recognizible public figures, and they’re making out in public? Why not hole up somewhere and get room service?

Since when is it legal to use a security camera to spy on unsuspecting people? I don’t condone infidelity, but this is an extreme invasion of privacy. You can’t tell if it is them, so I don’t know if there is proof that there is an affair. Also, how were they able to get video of her standing on the street? Do the tabloids have their own cameras set up everywhere so they can spy on everyone?

It’s a publicity stunt for their Lifetime movie… I’ve never seen video footage of a security cam in a restaurant. I highly doubt that decent restaurants send their tapes to US, People and Co.

It’s not a super clear shot. The people match their descriptions, but it honestly could be the people from the movie trying to get publicity for it. Like someone else said, why would they have cams inside and out ? Also, no one acts like they know who they are. Why would they be making out in public if there were rumors going around anyway ?
