William H. Macy Says Felicity Huffman Is Sexiest Housewife
I love him. Does anyone else love William H. Macy?
The actor claims wife Felicity Huffman is the sexiest actress on
'Desperate Housewives'.
The Oscar-nominated actor doesn't understand why Felicity - who plays
stressed-out mother Lynette Scavo - gets less recognition than her co-stars,
Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria, Marcia Cross and Nicollette Sheridan, insisting
no other woman can compete with her beauty.
He said in an interview with Parade magazine:
"The others are sort of model
beautiful women and Felicity is not a model type. But I think she's the
sexiest on that show. What is sexy? It's hard to put it into words. The way
she carries herself. And she keeps in really great shape. She's got the kind
of body that makes me melt. She's cut. She's strong and lithe and capable. I
love that."

"she is not model beautiful" was that a backhanded compliment?
lol. when DH first started, I thought Felicity was the odd one of the bunch. Her looks aren't striking, but she carries herself well, is in greatshape, and exudes confidence. She has really grown on me that I find her attractive now.
When a man is in love with you, you are the sexiest/most beautiful. That's just how it is. I know Keanu Reeves is hot and sexy but I truly believe that my man is the sexiest and hottest.

I agree w/both these comments completely. Except, I might have to subsititue Viggo for Keanu, but whatever. Keanu is pretty sexy, too :))) But my man is the sexiest in my book (Viggo a veryclose second!)
I love him too! And I think he's right about his wife. She's my favorite on the show.
take a look at the first season of DH and you'll see how much "work" Ms. Huffman has had done.

Her body is SICK. Thats what a proper body looks like. Hard work, good eating habits she has it all. Good for her. I have always thought she was pretty.

I love that he always says that kind of stuff about her. I love that they have been together for so long. In Hollywood that's pretty rare. They are both great actors and obviously love each other. Fantastic.

They are a great couple, very much in love...Her body is awesome, she works at it very hard. He isnt the best looking guy around, talented, but he is not really handsome, looks wise she is a little out of his league, its no wonder he melts.

He always comes across as such a sweetheart and the way SHE talks about him in interviews is adorable. You can tell they really are in love.
She's had a few tweaks here and there but overall she looks great. And she still looks human unlike some of her fellow actresses.

Definitely a compliment. So not everyone can be a model, it doesn't mean they are not beautiful or sexy. I think he was complimenting the other ladies on the show as well. He knows her for who she is and loves her for that.

he's saying he's not model type aka plastic unnatural type. everyone with a brain knows 90% of women around the world don't have a model's body.
He is right! That is the highest compliment you can pay to your wife or signficant other. Sexyness is something that you exude. Most women are sexy not Striking Beauties. And to have both, is rare. Liv Tyler is both a Striking Beauty and very Sexy, because she does not see beauty when she looks in the mirror. Good for her mother raising a grounded young woman.
