Are Nick Lachey And Vanessa Minnillo Having Problems?
Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have been together for a while; it would be a shame to see them break up! According to In Touch, the couple had "a public spat" last week. Then Nick was spotted enjoying a guys' night out last weekend with a crew that included Matt Leinhart and Reggie Bush, buying "bottle after bottle of the club's finest."
'They were having a great time, just laughing and hanging out with the boys,' an onlooker tells In Touch."
That's all well and good and certainly doesn't mean anything. It's the next reported observation that caught my eye.
The What's Left of Me singer, sans his paramour of over two years, also chatted up several blond Jessica Simpson look-a-likes over the night."
What do you think: does it sound like trouble or just an innocent guys' night out?

Why is it that everytime a celebrity talks to somebody of the opposite sex tabloids say they were flirting/having an affair? I also laugh when they say the person they are talking to is an ex look-a-like. They were probably just blond and don't look anything like Jessica Simpson.
Have u guys watched "Behind the music: 98 Degrees" on VH1? It's so funny cause when they talked about Drew Lachey giving birth to a daughter, they made it sound like Nick Lachey and Jessica's marriage ended cause Jessica didn't want to have kids yet. Well, they broke up and he hasn't had kids until now.

What I meant was they stated on that show that their marriage failed because Jessica didn't want to have children yet. If he wanted kids so bad, how come he hasn't had kids yet? I am just saying that people always make assumptions about couples in Hollywood.
Linda, I was thinking the same thing. When they start throwing in the look-a-like exes is where I start laughing and think it is made up. They still may be having trouble, just not the jessica ex thing. Tho I wonder if papa perv is trying to get Jess and Nick back together for the sake of their "careers". Jess's career has litterly gone in the sh*tt*r since she has started dating Tony.
And she laughs all the way to the bank.
Too bad Jessica's money can't buy her talent, likability, and respectability. On the bright side, it can buy her some much needed liposuction.

Now that Jess and Tony are broken up, maybe Nick and Jess can get together. I think that's what's would be the best for both.

I live in Dallas and have a mutual friend who also knows Tony. On Valentines Day weekend when Tony was in New York City for Jess’s Madison Square Garden show they spent two days together, which by the way is the last time they have been photographed together. Jessica gave Tony an ultimatum that she wanted a ring or she would be moving on. Tony told her that his career was too important at this time and he could not or would not make that commitment. You have not read anything or seen them together since and they are both keeping a very low because they both care for each other and don’t want either one to take the negative press about a break-up!

It was reported Tony toured with her for 10 days so can you explain that? Would you also explain Tony talking to Babe & his comments & that interview was done long after Feb 14. He seemed pretty sincere in that interview. It was he that brought up Jessica not Babe. How do you explain the pics of them in Dallas after Feb 14. That would be the weekend that he was to do Habitat?
It would seem at this point if what you say is true that it doesn't matter when the information comes out as both will recieve negative press depending on what side of the hate your on with this couple & the fans. You would think Tony would like to move on with his career then so that this info should come out now during tarining camp & not cause a ditraction for the season.
How do you explain him still using her house & vechicle in LA while she is still on tour long after Feb 14.
I am not calling you to task but some answers would be appreciated. There have just been too many instances where split continually is talked & turns out not to be fact at all.

8:11 could be right about Jessica giving him an ultimatum. I could totally see her not following through when he told her 'no ring...I'm too committed to my career'. She's seems like the kind who would be desperate and spineless enough to beg him to let her stay after her empty threat didn't pan out and that would explain why there are pics of them together after Feb 14th.
ANON 8:11 you are wrong there are pics out there of them at LAX airport on March 2 heading back to Dallas after her concert in Denver.
There are pics of them Feb 24 at Borders in Irving & very much together. They are personal pictures & not paps or tabloid pics.
May I also suggest that quite possibly neither are in a hurry to make anything offical as much as some fans that love the two of them together are or for the people that hate them as a couple for them to split.
Who does she stay with when in Dallas. I am sure your friend should have mentioned that info too.

I spotted Ms. Simpson doing some grocery story shopping in Irving today. The Tom Thumb is directly across the street from Cottonwood, which is the gated community the Dallas Cowboys player lives in. She was shopping with her assistant, and was dressed in plain t-shirt and jeans, picking out cold cuts and salad dressing
What else was in her grocery cart? Sour Patch Straws (Family size!) Tortillas and and cheese. Maybe she and Romo are planning a romantic Tex Mex night in?
But clearly, the two are still going strong!

Maybe after Jessica gave Tony the ultimatum, he said something like "I will never love you or marry you, but maybe I will let you continue servicing me if you go buy some groceries for me. I have a craving for tortillas, Sour Patch Straws, and cheese." And Jessica, the gutless cling-on that she is, thanked him for giving her another chance and raced to the store. I fail to see how this scenario qualifies as "going strong". It's pretty pathetic.

my question is does either Nick or Vanessa work...like ever? I don't think I've heard either of them work since Vanessa got fired from her job. It seem like all they ever do is take vacations.

there's a fan site called nickfanatic.com that gives all the info on his latest ventures...vanessa's site hasn't updated since 08 even tho she's done a few things since then. they're almost too low on the radar imo.

I have waited on him several times given he is from my home town. He is a down to earth, friendly good guy. He talks to everyone the same way.

Vanessa comes across as a gold digger. I don't trust her and I think Nick jumped in too soon. She is not that pretty or likeable.
