Remember those rumors that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillo were having problems after they were supposedly spotted having a "public spat" and then Nick was reportedly seen flirting with blondes during a guys' night out?

Well, it looks like whatever happened has passed.  Here's Nick and Vanessa in NYC, leaving ABC studios after Nick taped a segment on Live with Regis and Kelly.  Nick seems to be the perfect gentleman, helping Vanessa manage the wind ;)
