Britney Spears Has On Stage Scare In Pittsburgh

Oh my goodness! I would be petrified too!
While Britney Spears was performing Slave during her Circus tour stop in Pittsburgh, there was a minor stage glitch that made the singer very nervous.
The lift that was supposed to raise Britney up and down was unsteady and the singer was visibly nervous. She stopped moving and lipped as little as she had to until she was safe back on the ground. I would have done the same thing except instead of staying very still, I would have been crying and grasping onto the side bars for my dear life.

Brit looks like a 8 year old performing for a school musical. The whole time she is doing one move after another ( no flow ) and looking to see where everyone else and running to hit her mark. Im sorry but for someone who is considered a professional and making millions this is crap. And dont even get me started on the fact she doesnt sing live !!

I was just going to say the same thing. What happened to all her moves? She hardly seems to be putting any effort into the choreography. She's still so young and singers way older than her move better onstage.

sad thing is that her fans expect soooo little of her, that she would just be standing there moving her lips and they think its a great performance because "she's been through so much".... she never had talent to begin with, she was just a marketable face.

That's it exactly ! No one expects anything from her. IF she shows up, woohooo its a Fantabulous show.
Ummm.. who cares anymore about her? Not even 12 year olds follow her "career".
That's why her tour dates are all selling out. And times have changed for her. She went through hell, her body has totally evolved since having children.
As for her dancing, I think a lot of people overlook the fact that she's had three really SERIOUS knee injuries, the latest, which required immediate surgery, happened in 2004 and caused her to cancel the duration of her tour at that time. Before she went on stage with Madonna for her Sticky and Sweet tour last year, she had to go to the doctor to get a checkup to make sure her knee was ok. I'm sure she can't give those hardcore dance routines any more. At least not for a while. For her fans, it's more of the fact that she overcame the obstacles in her life and she's back on stage. And by the way, she really does do an amazing job when you see her live. It's TOTALLY different from any of the videos. And at times, though she does lipsync, she does ad-lib in there and she does sing along with a lot of the pre-recorded stuff. The audio on the youtube videos is awful.

on a different topic, i think she should get a good team to dress her up on her performances. all her outfit are not very flattering to her.
I was at the pittsburgh show, and britney was great. she had an exhuasting set list of songs, and slave was a little later in the show. give the girl a break! it is quite obvious that britney has changed. however, note that she also had to endure very difficult changes, ones that we may never have to live past, all in the public eye. lets be real, if people were speaking of you the way you are talking about her, you probably wouldnt know how to react. if she dances too well, you criticize and refer to her as a slut. but if she refrains from shaking her but like a pussy cat doll, you call her stale? its simply jealous butting up against pride.
