Vin Diesel And Paul Walker Sign On For Fast And Furious 5

Vin Diesel And Paul Walker Sign On For Fast And Furious 5

Well, I HOPE SO!

I saw Fast and Furious and really liked it! I always like those movies. Yes, it's basically the SAME movie over and over again with a slight plot twist - but it makes for a great Friday night out. If you are looking for action, you will never be disappointed.

Good news for fans. Both Vin Diesel and Paul Walker have signed on for the 5th installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise.

Unfortunately, Paul says the next movie will probably "close out the franchise". But all good things have to come to an end some day right?

So why make another? The film almost doubled estimates when it opened in the U.S. with a whopping $72.5 million haul last weekend.

Paul confessed the plan:

"This was supposed to be it… Without question, the way that thing’s opened up, Vin (Diesel, co-star) and I will be coming back. We’re making a fifth one and we’re going to Brazil. That’s it!

"And I don’t think the best one (film) has been done yet. I think we could easily come back and make the best one."

Woot! Woot!

Here's Vin Diesel walking out of Guy's Nightclub signing autographs and playing around with photographers. Does anyone else LOOOOOVVVEEE him?

i can't stand these movies, but along with Saw, they seem to go on forever until nº 32737378278723.

when you like this movie...it seems you have a very bad taste in movies...very light stuff.

How can a person have "bad taste" in movies? Movies are meant as a break from reality, something to be enjoyed. If people derive entertainment from this franchise then the purpose has been served. Sorry, seems like a ridiculous statement. Some people actually enough a good popcorn flick.

I went with my husband last night, and we both really liked it! I thought it was weird how Han was still in it in the beginning, I noticed that on the trailer, but they pave it out really nicely. It was basically supposed to be set up just before F&F3:Tokyo Drift. BUT, I am wondering if they are going to keep it, or even have mention to Dom going to Tokyo to race with the main guy from F&F3 in it, like the cameo he had in the end of the 3rd movie. Hmmm, not sure on that one.
Either or, this movie really made both Vin and Paul look super hot!!

They need to pump up some of the visual on their action cinematography. The movies are action packed, but what makes a scene pop is all the roar of the music and that slight ....in you face 3rd effect; like , for this resent movie, their closing scene when they all drive up to the bus to get Vin. that criss cross visual was a pumping good visual. I wished the rest of the movie was shot that way. It had that Video game look to it; like you were there too. I'll still take a gander at the film. i love the type of crap.
