Is Heidi Klum Expecting Her Fourth Child?

Sources close to the supermodel tell E!'s Marc Malkin: yes!  Heidi Klum and Seal are reportedly expecting their fourth child. They have two sons together, Henry and Jonah, along with Heidi's daughter from a previous relationship (whom Seal has reportedly adopted), Leni. 

The source tells Marc Malkin that Heidi is a little less than four months along. Word reportedly leaked when pictures of a couture gown being redesigned to accomodate a growing belly for Heidi were leaked onto the internet.

We're still awaiting official confirmation from Heidi's rep.
