Grey Gardens Los Angeles Premiere

Drew Barrymore has been ROCKING the red carpet lately. She must be feeling vintage inspired by the movie she’s promoting, Grey Gardens. How do you feel about her old school glam look?

Ali Larter, Daniel Baldwin, Jessica Lange, Jenny Garth, Lisa Kudrow, and Bai Ling all came out for the event. That’s the thing about a Los Angeles premiere…you’re pretty much guaranteed lots of celebrity attendance.

The dress is cute and looks comfortable but the hair is horrible.

I LOVE IT. You need that hair to achieve the full on 60′s-70′s glamor she is going for. She obviously has an AMAZING stylist that KNOWS you have to run with the SAME THEME THROUGH OUT THE OUTFIT. Duh. Anyone who knows how to dress knows this. This is what being pulled together looks like, not some elements of punk, some grunge, some 80′s and whateverthefuk these other chicks are trying to rock. Too many elements of too many trends looks STUPID and thats all I see today, a bunch of hot messes. Drew looks perfect. Picture perfect. Kudos to her stylist.

Love it, so 60′s in a Pepper sort of way.

  4. Sofia Barak says:

Drew looks like a hot mess. However, on the good side, Ali Larter looks stunning in that dress/ tuxedo outfit she is wearing. I love it. The dress is Brian Reyes I believe. Interesting…very interesting..

I absolutely LOVE the hair. As a previous poster mentioned, she pulls off the vintage look very well. This is the best look I’ve seen from her in a long time.

I think Ali Larter looks the best out of all of them. Her dress is amazing, and the plunging neckline works for her!

  7. Ellie says:

The necklace thing is super cool… love the colors. Her hair, on the other hand, is horrible.=^_^=

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much is being made about this HBO movie. Drew’s hair is horrendous.

    The dress is cute, simple. The hair is interesting, but I get it. It’s teased and goes with the whole look, it’s supposed to be like a 60′s themed look. She pulls it off well. I personally like the first vintage dress (with the veil) the best. }i{mariah_fan}i{

Oh I am thinking of re-signing up for HBO just to see this movie. I was obsessed with the real documentary a few years back. Drew has looked amazing while doing press for this movie and she was electrifying on David Letterman the other night. A true movie star.

don’t. the movie wasn’t that great and it’ll be out on DVD soon enough. as for being a true movie start, drew isn’t one. Jack, George, Brad, Julia, Cruise are true movie stars.

LOVE the dress and jewelry…but what is UP with her hair?! i mean, i get the pouf for the vintage vibe, but it just looks…not well done. drew is gorgeous though, so i’m glad to see all of her fun red carpet looks!

    SHE’S CHANNELING ANGIE DICKINSON.

  17. Annon says:

You’re right, she does look absolutely gorgeous all except for the hair. Good idea, just not executed well!

  18. Anonymous123 says:

she needs conditioner or something. her hair is awful.

  19. Anonymous says:

is that a rat’s nest on her head?

  20. Anonymous says:

Forget about Drew, Ali Larter looks awful!! that dress is doing nothing for her body!

  21. Annon says:

Wow, I didn’t even reconognize her or realize she was in the pictures until you mentioned that. You’re right on!

  22. Anonymous says:

First thing I thought too. Angie Dickenson, circa 1970s. It looked like hell then too.

  23. Sheesh says:

That’s YOUR opinion of who true movie stars are. If the other person thinks Drew is, so be it.
