Rob Pattinson Dishes (A Little) On His Role In New Moon

Surely I’m not the only one who’s been wondering how they were going to involve Rob Pattinson in New Moon since his character, Edward, is largely MIA in the novel? Well, Rob gives us a hint.

It’s very subtle,’ RPattz tells Entertainment Tonight of Edward’s presence in New Moon, filming now in Vancouver. ‘It’s actually quite scary because Bella is really going a little bit nuts.’ "

Now that just makes me more curious! LOL

I suspect we’re going to spend more time with Edward abroad in the movie than we did in the novel. What do you think?

I agree with the posters above… I think the book did a good job of making Bella seem like she was going nuts, so I’m sure the movie will do the same… there will be lots of dream sequences and ghostly presences a la Edward, I’m sure (I am not opposed to seeing Edward in Italy, but I think he will be more of a haunting/comforting presence to Bella)! Personally, I’m looking forward to seeing how they handle Jacob’s change!!!!

  9. Jessica says:

I think if they do it right it won’t be so bad. Afterall she does “hear” him throughout the book.

  10. CapturingLife says:

I think it’ll be in the scenes where she “hears” him and also include him as he’s trying his hand at tracking Victoria.

  11. Jessica says:

Maybe they’ll include the phone call between him and Rosalee.

  12. YAYI says:

Call me what you want, but i am a grown ass woman and this movie is driving me insane. i can’t wait to go see the final results ha! hope is as good as the book.

yeah from what he said i reckon she’s not just gonna like hear his voice, but see him and dream about him a lot. maybe she goes all paranoid schizophrenic and has him like following her around.

I wish I could get paid to say LOL over and over again.

Then perhaps you should take a bit of initiative and market one of the skills you actually do possessive. I’m sure there’s some demand for the rampant bitchiness you seem to possess.

I wish they kill off Leechy Nikki that girl is fug.

I hope we get to see A LOT of him, that’s the only reason ‘ll be following the crappy story.

  18. lara jane says:

I agree with the above. He’ll be there in her mind and we’ll probably (hopefully) be seeing what he’s up to on his own.

  19. Anonymous says:

How does one “actually do possessive?” I’m intruiged!

You tell me how exactly one is “intruiged” – and I’ll tell you how it’s better to absentmindedly extend a word than not to know the spelling of a very simple one.
