Shia LaBeouf In Talks To Join Wall Street 2

Shia LaBeouf In Talks To Join Wall Street 2

Remember the Michael Douglas movie 'Wall Street' from 1987? Michael revealed at the 'Ghosts of Girlfriend's Past' premiere there were plans to do a sequel. Today news has come out that Shia LaBeouf is in talks for a role in 'Wall Street 2'!

The sequel will once again involve a young Wall Street trader, and the recent economic meltdown spurred by rampant greed and corruption will fit prominently into the plot."

Michael won an Academy Award for his role in 1987; could as Oscar be on the way for Shia (assuming everything works out)?

Does this sound like it's worth a trek out to the movies, a renter, or a pass?

It's a wee bit hard to predict Oscars for someone before they've even signed on to the movie...

Shia annonced this on IMDb yesterday himself. I hope he has a beard and wears glasses. I'm excited about this, Shia will get an Ocsar one day for sure. Don't rush things.
