Jenny McCarthy To Host Talk Show Thanks To Oprah

Oprah is the closest thing TV personalities have to a fairy godmother. With the wave of her magic wand, Miss Winfrey will make you into a mega daytime force. Just look at Dr. Phil and Rachael Ray. They can’t count their money even if they tried.

I wonder if she is looking for a stay-at-home mom / celebrity gossip blogger for anything? LOL!!

Jenny McCarthy is the latest lucky celeb for Oprah to set her eyes on. The actress already has her own blog on Oprah.com and now has a talk show in the works.

What will it be about? She is a comedian, a mother, an advocate for autism awareness… perhaps a bit of everything. I can’t wait to see how it turns out!

Will this be something you might want to catch? A Jenny McCarthy talk show?

I think this is a great idea – definitely smart and funny. She seems like she’d be good at interacting with all kinds of people while remaining entertaining – exactly what you need to host a talk show. As far as her activism in vaccines and autism, to say that she’s pushing propaganda and is anti-vaccine just proves that you have never actually listed to what she has to say and have, in fact, bought into the propaganda put out there against Jenny. She states that she IS NOT anti-vaccine, but thinks that there are certain ingredients that ought to be omitted and also believes that the ages in which vaccines are administered should possibly be adjusted. She also believes in people being fully informed, which means talking about the possible affects of vaccines in relation to your particular child. Please do not criticize someone before you know the facts. If you don’t agree with her, then that’s ok, but I would not call her activism propaganda.

Your right, she is no longer anti vaccine, although for a long time she was. What she is now is anti science. The ideas she pushes now not only have no scientific proof but have extensive proof against them. And the main ingredient she is campaigning against hasn’t been used in childhood vaccines since 2001. She really wasn’t that funny the few times I have seen her talking without a script. But since most daytime talk shows pander to their audience and don’t let reality get in the way, she will probably get by.

I have watched a few different shows with Jenny as a guest. I am a behavioral therapist for many different autistic children and their families, and some of the things that she talks about are simply ridiculous. Although I don’t agree with some things she says, I do like that she speaks out for families with autistic children.

Saw her on Chelsey the other night. Wow. She’s MUCH stupider than I thought. She may think she’s doing a service for parents and children but really, it’s revoltingly irresponsible and dangerous of her to be claiming that ‘toxins’ cause autism. I bet even Paris Hilton knows that ‘toxins’ in this context, are imaginary.

    Epic FAIL!

  6. Jayda says:

Hell no I’m not watching her show. She’s an idiot

She’s using her son’s illness (which she supposedly cured with diet changes) to promote herself as someone of medical insight, conscience, and intelligence. I’ll just stick with the scientific method, Jenny thank you.

This broad has NEVER been funny.. EVER.
It`s really annoying when a somewhat attractive girl
thinks she is funny, no one can bring themselves to tell her to
    shut the f up.

  9. I think she’s incredible and will have a wonderful talk show! Oprah definitely knows what she’s doing!!!

    please help me…………………………..

No wonder you did not care to post your name. You my dear have eaten the propaganda of the AMA/Big Pharma! Thimerisol ( the mercury in the flu shot) IS in fact present in the vaccine. Unlike the majority of us, Jenny has access to doctors who have spent the majority of their careers researching just Autism! Doctors who are not slaves of the medical community, & therefore not afraid to tell the truth as they know it. Jenny has done more than you could possibly know (since clearly you don’t know much) to help struggling families access tremendously expensive therapies & services for their children. DON’T watch her show , if that is your position. Continue to watch Fox news instead. That would be a bit more appropriate for one such as yourself, as you obviously have little more sense or intelligence than Sarah Palin.

Yep, definitely would watch that. I think Jenny is hilarious and smart.

  13. BellaVida says:

No way. I have no interest in what she has to say. Shes a major wacko. Thumbs down to oprah.

  15. Anonymous says:

it’s a shame that is all you can focus on

  16. Anonymous says:

Yeah, being an advocate for Autism awareness is soooo lame. Are you people serious?

  17. Anonymous says:

    she spreads propaganda

  18. Anonymous says:

She said her son’s autism was magically “reversed”… Also, it has been clinically proven that vaccinations ARE NOT the cause of Autism. It’s fine if she wants to support families that have to deal with it, but she does not seem to know what she’s talking about. Has she even gone to college???
