Update:Kiefer Sutherland surrendered to the police. He was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree.. He was reportedly finger printed and had his mug shot taken.
Uh oh. Kiefer Sutherland could possibly be facing jail time. Or his lawyers will work out a cash settlement. So I guess he’s trying to cooperate as much as possible now so he doesn’t hurt his case anymore. He’s going in to surrender himself sometime today under minor assault charges after headbutting Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough.
The actor will be issued a desk appearance ticket for the
misdemeanor – meaning he won’t be jailed and will be free to travel
before he’s arraigned."When the lawyer realized paparazzi could be sitting on his
[Sutherland's] doorstep for two to three weeks, suddenly he wanted to
come in right away and make it all go away," a police source said.
"Kiefer is sorry it happened. Absolutely. It’s terribly regrettable."
Anyone who knows Jack McCollough knows that he would not hurt a fly."
"He was the victim of a vicious, violent, unprovoked assault."

If so, she works in the fashion industry. How humiliating to have him do something like this in front of all her peers! Kiefer is getting a little old for the whole “bad boy” thing.
