In the Spanish music world Enrique Iglesias' father, Julio, is known to be something of a womanizer. He says he's slept with over 3,000 woman. Is that even humanly possible?!? How can he fit so many girls in, in one lifetime?

But Enrique says he doesn't follow in his father footsteps...at all!

I do hide behind my clothes a bit. I am the opposite of a playboy. I couldn't even pick up girls until I had a hit song. When that happened, in a club in Argentina, I called my five best friends and said, 'Get down here, we are all going to get laid.' "

Enrique has struggled to break out from his parents and become in charge of his own life.

"When I signed a contract with a Mexican company, I was really afraid. My parents found out and my dad and I fought. It was a huge row. I wanted to go where I knew no one. I went to Toronto so I could concentrate on my music. It was a big fight to become my own person."

I find that hard to believe! How could a guy as cute as Enrique ever have had trouble getting girls?!? But, I'm sure Anna Kournikova is happy that her guy doesn't have such a scandalous past! Can you imagine being with a guy who's slept with 3,000 women? No baggage, right? :P
