‘Heroes’ star Hayden Panettiere needed a little help getting through the paparazzi last night in London as she left the popular hot spot, Nobu Berkeley.Hayden must be enjoying her London trip since any girl in her right mind would be ecstatic to shop all day and party all night.

I’d love some reader input on whether or not Nobu is all it’s cracked up to be. I’m constantly seeing celebrities leaving the place, but I know next to nothing about it.

It really is fantastic but for cooked food more than sushi, I think. Since you live in NY, I highly recommend a date night at Nobu 57 (rather than downtown location) and be sure to order rock shrimp tempura and also the miso black cod. The celeb sightings are always fun too…saw Nicole Kidman and Keith Urbane twice, Tom and Gisele, SJP. Now I’m hungry…
