Tori Spelling In Cookie Magazine

Tori Spelling In Cookie Magazine

Tori Spelling and her beautiful family posed for the cover of Cookie Magazine and she also opened up in an interview on what being pregnant and having kids in the Hollywood spotlight is really like.

Cookie - What's one of the weirder parts of being pregnant in Hollywood?

Tori:
During both pregnancies, people touched my belly a lot. I would never
do that to a pregnant woman—it's a personal thing. And if I did, I'd
say, "Your belly is so cute, can I touch it?" But when fans do it, I
couldn't say, "Please don't touch," because then it would be "What a
bitch!" At a certain point, I just decided that [my second baby] Stella
was getting a lot of love in there.

Cookie: How much does it suck to have to lose baby weight in Hollywood?

Tori: Well,
after I'd given birth to Stella, some woman at the market grabbed my
belly and asked when I was due. When she had the flab in her hand, she
realized her mistake. And the first time I went out after I had Liam,
the paparazzi were around and I remember trying to hold my stomach in,
even though my muscles were shot to hell, because it's not like they
want a story, "Look at the happy couple, they just had a baby" they
want, "Do you see her stomach? We thought she already had the baby."
But I always say the weeklies build you up to tear you down. It's a
funny cycle. The week before they were asking, "Is she too thin?" they
showed a picture of me in a bikini on the beach saying I looked great.

Cookie:
You were also very close to your nanny until her death when you were
in your early 30s. Did that make hiring a nanny for your own kids less
fraught?

Tori:  I never understood being competitive
with a nanny. If you have someone you trust and who loves your kids,
then what an amazing thing you've done for them. My kids have Patsy,
who is a baby nurse to them and like a mother figure to me. Stella was
an unplanned pregnancy, and I think it happened so I could keep Patsy
longer. I am very sad Nanny and my dad never got to meet my kids. I
have this little bear that was Nanny's, and I always bring it when I
fly. I recently showed it to Liam and explained that the bear is like a
grandparent who looks out for us. He grabbed it and kissed it.

Cookie: Are there things that you don't let the Tori & Dean crew tape?

We're honest, but we're selective. They did film me coming home from the hospital four days after a C-section, when I was not looking my best. But I've come to the conclusion that on my show, I can look like a real person—even if the weeklies expect celebrities to look perfect when they go to the market. The film crew isn't here all the time, either, because I want the kids to know life without cameras. That said, two of the cameramen and the sound guy are like uncles to them.

Do you agree with Tori about nannies? Would you want one to help you raise your kids if you could afford it?

The kids are adorable, is a good thing they took after the father's genes.

'''when I was not looking my best. ''''' when have you ever looked your best Tori?..LOL

Grow up...nobody gets to choice what they are going to look like.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

oh yeah? well Tori's kids will thank God they don't look like their mother when they grow up! Especially the little girl; the boys were not exactly knocking down Aaron's door to date Tori. All her daddy's money and clout helped Tori in Hollywood. Knowing how superficial Hollywood is, do you think Tori would've made it, if it wasn't for her dad? NOT!!

I meant choose...see you made me so mad I can't even spell.

LOL..calm down......is the truth she is ugly.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

she should definitely never be photpgraphed with her mouth wide open like that. her head is big enough and that just emphasizes it. she looks like a cartoon.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Is that really the cover? Its awful, they barely show her face and they don't show the babies?!? What's up with that? Cuuuute black and white picture, though!

Anonymous Anonymous said:

With her mouth open like that, she looks like she suffers from down syndrome; no offense to the DS people.

Wtf

this cover is just awful

LOL...sometimes I think magazines do this to Tori on purpose...LOL....or maybe this is the best picture out of the bunch..

If you click on the picture for a bigger HD version, is even scarier.

They got this wrong. They should show the kids face & not hers. Her mouth wide open like that doesn't exactly improve her looks.

Everytime I see them I feel so sorry for Dean's first family. I am sure it makes his first set of kids sad because their daddy cheated on his mom and then dumped her and started a new family. Those poor kids will have issues for life. Tori deserves to be married to a man that would cheat on his first wife and dump his first set of kids. Tori also deserves to have the worst breast implants in Hollywood. Tori also deserves to have her eating disorder and it will eventually take a toll on her health.

LOL!

Anonymous Anonymous said:

No one deserves to have an eating disorder.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

What is wrong with you people. Nobody deserves to have an eating disorder.

^^^
LMAO. Ditto that.

I am in agreement with *some* of what Des wrote-- Each time I see that couple making money off their "happy family life" and children, I just think of Dean's other children and how it must feel for them. In the end, they are probably better off not being exploited in the public's eye (look how dysfunctional the Spelling family with their public life and tons of money) but still, you have to wonder when Dean's other children feel when they see all of these photos of Dean with the woman he left his wife for and their new children together. It's incredible tasteless and insensitive on both Dean's and Tori's parts. Don't they have any other way to make money???

Wow, you people are pretty cruel. And I'll bet you're all drop-dead gorgeous. At this point she's not in the public eye for being beautiful so her looks shouldn't offend you so much.

As far as nannies go, I feel like it's a very hard decision to make. That being said, if I had her income and Patsy, I would totally do it. That woman is pure gold and you really don't find them like that everyday.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

cruel? us? so what Tori and Dean do to their ex spouses and Dean's other kids is what a walk in the park?

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Wow...why is everyone being so judgmental towards Tori?? If she's ugly, I'd hate to see what people say about me. Women are sooo catty...very sad, we need to be supportive of ALL moms...rich, poor, fat, thin...we are all alike in SOME ways.
