Love It Or Hate It: Bryce Dallas Howard

Bryce Dallas Howard star of the upcoming ‘Terminator Salvation’ and daughter of famed director Ron Howard went a bit futuristic in her clothing choice while walking her red carpet premiere last night. I think she’s a gorgeous and talented woman, but what do you think about her fashion choice. Does it work for her?

What’s going on with the inside of her right arm…those white spots??? Or is that just a reflection of the sparkles on her skin??

The dress is fine, it is more her face and expression! lol Her face freaks me out; like she is a android from another planet!

  9. HS says:

works for her I guess. I don’t love it personally, though.

  10. Ha says:

Yes, it works for her. She’s quite pretty and can pull it off.

  11. Tyra says:

It definitely works for her. Love her red hair.

I don’t have much respect for her as an actress; the only reason she got where she is now is because of who her dad is. There are other much more talented actresses out there who never make it in the door because of these offsprings from famed actors/directors.

  13. meme says:

i have no respect for her as an actress because she’s awful. opie certainly opened the doors for her but bad is bad. ditto for the dress – hideous.

I think she looks gorgeous. It’s just the way it goes that some of us are lucky in our circumstances. If she can’t act, everybody will know why she’s there. But if she CAN act, she’ll have a tough time proving herself.

I like it, it looks like Balenciaga, and it really suits her beautiful pale skin tone and gorgeous red hair :~)

  16. Ha says:

That’s funny. She was very good in The Village and in Spiderman 3. I never got the impression that she used her father to get into the business. I thought she actually studied acting. She can’t help who her parents are any more than you or I can.

  17. meme says:

i guess rumer willis is making it on her own too.

  18. switchstance5 says:

I don’t think I’ve ever liked what she’s worn in real life.

    3 the hard way.

Last I heard Rumer Willis hasn’t been nominated for any acting awards and did not enroll in drama school by dropping her last name so no one would know who she is, smart*ss.

  23. Anonymous says:

yeah because enrolling in drama school and making sure she drops her last name makes for a serious talented actress. Please…what made her think anyone in acting class knew who the hell she was? When she enrolled in acting class (Bryce) at that time, I’m sure none of the students knew who her parent is, talk about ego.

  24. Anonymous says:

The point is that she wasn’t trying to get by on her name, genius. Read the thread. And anyone wanting to go into acting or movies who doesn’t have ANY clue who Ron Howard is is a moron. She wasn’t hiding her name from her classmates, but the school so she wasn’t shown favoritism. Use your brain.

What world do you live in where that doesn’t indicate that someone wants to be taken seriously and judged on their own talent (or lack of talent)?
