Robert Pattinson has some crazy fans... and when I say crazy, I mean crazy. The 'Twilight' actor who is known around the world for playing Edward Cullen, admits he was appalled when several female fans approached him with
bleeding cuts on their necks.
“One time there were these four girls - in Chicago I think -
and they had all scratched their necks until they bled, and then when they
came up to me they had these bleeding scabs. It was gross.”

Honestly yes i can imagine it. I've seen how the girls reaction to Jackson Rathbone at 100 Monkey shows (jasper for those that dont know him by name. And 100 monkeys is the band he plays with.) Some of us that are regulars at the 100 Monkey shows have had girls that are just there for Jackson coming up to us asking us to do things for them. I had one saying to me that he didnt show up at a show to get ENGAGED to her!! I was like WTH!?!?
Fans get CRAZY! It's scary sometimes.
Everything I've read about these Twilight fans just screams psychiatric disorder! They don't know the difference between book/movie and reality! It's frightening.

YES he plays edward cullen but he's not really edward. its stupid and creepy. i mean i love robert pattinson but not enough that i would scratch my own neck and leave permanent amrks on my neck. but still......robert pattinson ROCKS!!!!!!

While Rob was shooting in Vancouver, I saw him leaving at YVR last Sunday. There was a creepy girl crying and being hysterical. She was practically shrieking while running around with a camera. Some is these girls are seriously mentally unstable. I got the opportunity to speak to him briefly, as a friend of mine works at the airport and was fixing a kiosk for the waiting Rob, and he said he sometimes feels very unsafe when he's out. Not that I blame him.
