i understand where she's coming from but Miley is NOT a "normal" girl. She's a very rich celebrity who's living a very charmed life. Perhaps she should stop reading the gossip blogs and read more of her bible.

I do have HUGE issues with sites like Perez Hilton calling her "slutty" all the time and other disgusting things. I think there should be SOME sort of protection for minors against public attacks like that. it's so gross.

I dont think she reads gossips per se, i think news about it just travel to her. And also ive read some comments on her twitter account of some other users calling her fat...which makes me sad for her and for whoever that rude person is because seriously..that's bullying and insecurity at its finest

she is many many things, but fat is not one of them! I actually think she presents herself really well for a 16 year old. I have never once seen her wear an outfit that I thought was questionable...she has kind of a hippie style, which is nice and moderate. unfortunately in our society when you really want to hurt a woman you attack her weight, whether it is a problem or not...and clearly those comments go to her...somebody was going in for the kill, if you know what i mean.

I think Miley is pretty and *seems* like a nice girl. Being 16 was a nightmare for me, I can't imagine trying to do it with everyone watching and commenting. Regardless of if she chose a job that puts in her the public eye, there is never any need to call her names and insult her. And I agree about Perez Hilton. I will NEVER go to his nasty, trashy site again.

Perez Hilton used to call her name. Actually he nicknames her "Slutty Cyrus" and even bullies her non-stop. He tried to create some sort of rivalry between her and Demi Levito and Selena Gomez. Then after the "Miss California incident", Miley said she was for gay marriage and he stopped the name calling.

It's sad because this girl looks normal, not fat at all and not too skinny either. If I look like her I'd be happy LOL. But we all know where bullies come from, they come from the most insecure people. Those people feel that putting someone down will make them feel better.

Wow, she is not even CLOSE to fat! She has a beautiful, slim, toned, completely healthy looking body! I hope she doesn't cave into all the criticism and become like every other woman in Hollywood. And PS. I do not like Miley at all. It's just that people calling her fat irks me.

Ok, I think we have established she is NOT fat. She does have a chubby face, tho this is probably just "baby fat" that she will loose in a few years.
While I don't think it is ok that there are mean things being said about her, she put herself into a public position. Blogs & Tabloids have been going at celebrities for a long time, it comes with the territory (again, not saying this is ok - just stating a fact).
Miley lives a very lavish lifestyle, with all that good there is going to be some bad too. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. - In other words, if she can't take the negative press, she should find a new job. She can always become a door to door bible salesman.
