I agree with you (I think we’re the minority). I don’t understand how the wrap piece is sometimes attached to the dress and sometimes not.
STOP talking about Miley’s weight. I don’t even like the girl and I would never say that she’s fat. People are going way too far with that sht and need to leave the child alone.
