Oh no, say it ain’t so! Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are threatening to stop twittering if Twitter develops a reality show following celebs around, which would mean the end of priceless tweets like this.
Twitter and Brillstein Entertainment announced plans to develop a show that would be "putting ordinary people on the trail of celebrities in a revolutionary competitive format."
That apparently means having people post tweets of celebs they encounter in public, which neither Ashton nor Demi likes.
‘I hope this isn’t true,’ Demi wrote
in response to the planned Twitter series, announced over Memorial Day
weekend. ‘If it is our Twitter time may come to a quick and sad end!’‘Wow I hope this isn’t true,’ [Ashton] wrote on
his Twitter account. ‘I really don’t like being sold out. May have to
take a twitter hiatus.’He noted that the planned show could create a safety concern for celebrities who Twitter.
‘I don’t want to be stalked!!!’ he continued. ‘It’s all fun and games until somebody gets stalked.’ "
It sounds like this would turn people into paparazzi (especially if there’s some kind of prize involved)!

well these celebs are always breaking up, his still young ,give it another few years and soon divorce will be on the cards , oh and of course the news would be on twitter first!
If Demi and Ashton quit, it could be the end of twitter as we know it..in fact it could be the end of mankind.
normal people are already turned into paparazzis by the media and the hope for big&fast money. every doofus can nowadays invest in cams, follow “celebs” and take pics of them. or do people really believe that those paps are professional photographers who have actually learned this job at some academy?
if twitter is doing this i would quit, too.
