It would mean more if she actually looked like she had eaten some of whats in those pictures. It all looks untouched and fake. I do think the girl eats. I do and I'm a little thinner than her but the pictures aren't showing me anything.

No I mean untouched. If the whole point is "wow look at her she eats!" they could have made it look like the food had been touched. It's all just sitting there looking untouched.
