While Kimora Lee Simmons was sitting in her hospital bed having labor pains and dealing with contractions, she was Twittering away her experience for her fans! (see thumbnail).
The Baby Phat Fashion Line owner also had someone take a picture of her in between the pain. Looks pretty darn good for being in labor! LOL!

I think it's hilarious that Kimora found the time and inclination to tweet whist giving birth ... twitter is clearly not just my obsession!

i don't remember a half of the stuff i said during the labour, mind you i wasn't drugged at all , but all i could focus is breathing and walking in the coridor, how does she find a strength to twitter, no clue.
