After getting voted off, Angela V. Shelton (who is one half of the comedy duo Frangela) of ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ held a press conference to talk about her experience. It sounds like Spencer Pratt made quite an impression on her.

Yet, Angela seems to understand how Spencer and Heidi Montag-Pratt work.
‘They are definitely people who are 24/7 on the J-O-B of promoting
themselves,’ she said. ‘And you know what? Hey, that’s their gig.
That’s what they do and it’s fine.’ "
It also sounds like there was some disagreement between NBC/producers and the competitors about whether or not Spencer and Heidi should be allowed to return.

I’m willing to bet she has foundation on. Someone’s certainly still doing her roots for her, at least, all the way in the Costa Rican jungle! There is no way that girl is a natural blond, and bleaching her hair that platinum color, within a week her regrowth would be noticeable.
