We’ve learned Heidi was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with a gastric ulcer, after being held with hubby Spencer Pratt
in a dark room for a day and a night with only water, rice and beans.
It was designed as punishment because they left the show. One cast
member described their treatment this way — "It’s the same as
Guantanamo Bay."And get this … a cast member tells us NBC
execs tried to convince Heidi to stay on the set rather than take an
ambulance to a hospital for treatment. She has now left the hospital
and is on meds.
End result – Heidi and Spencer want off the show (for real this time), but they can’t get off the air because of the contract signed with NBC. Oh boy!
Anything to keep their names flowing. Enough with these idiots. I am sure there are other real celebrities to report on. No more feeding the Speidi monster please Vera.

Uhm, the show has already had several seasons in Germany and the UK (that’s how Jordan and Peter Andre got together…). It happened once, I think, that somebody got sick and had to leave the camp and it was absolutely no problem. And others were able to leave as well…don’t get why there is SO much drama in the US? Did the producers change the rules?
I agree that it’s totally disgusting and very ignorant to even jokingly compare that to the Guantanamo Bay. I mean there are some ROUGH prisons out there, and Guantanamo is the one that they wanna lock down b/c it breaks human rights too loudly. Hopefully someone was being sarcastic, must be the case. Anyways i’d hate to think Heidi gettin’ any kind of satisfaction by thinking she did something really brave and hard. IT’S A GAME. Phhhlease, it must’ve kinda s.u.c.k.e.d, but again, 1 day-rice-beans-water. What were they lacking? Sometimes if my day is too hectic, i hardly eat anyways. The darkness and maybe lousy sleeping conditions might make it uncomfortable, but if eating rice and beans causes her a gastric ulcer her digestive system + stomach must be fuc*ed up somehow

i eat rice, beans, and drink water all the time. whole grains and protein. and water is the best drink for you. i don’t see how that could cause an ulcer?
Sorry, but this is crap! I saw one of the big three networks news shows do an expose’ on Guantanamo and it was not that bad. They get three very nice looking meals a day. They can pray as they choose and there are many other activities. We’re talking about people who were trying to kill our servicemen and women. I didn’t think that it looked as bad as other regular prisons in the U.S.
