As you all know, I love celebrity websites where they can communicate with their fans directly! Shania Twain posted a letter to her fans on her website, apologizing for not releasing new music lately, but she explains that she has been "side-tracked this year."
… I’ve been inspired by my pain to write and use writing as a
therapy through the suffering… [I]t’s been a productive period with so much
emotion trying to find it’s way out. However, there is no telling how
long it will take me to actually finish these songs and record them so
they can get out to you.… [H]ealing is serious business and has taken a lot of the
wind out of my sails, slowing me down at times. … [A]ll my energy goes to making sure my [son] is healthy and
happy in every way. This is a full time job…but especially difficult when you are battling your own personal crisis
at the same time while trying to spare your child of being affected by
your own suffering."

It’s completely understandable that she’s taking her time,but I bet she’ll have some amazing music when she’s finished!

SO honest, I never really listened too closely to her music, just her most popular songs but I would DEFENETLY want to hear her soundtrack.

She has always annoyed me. Used her looks to snag a husband because she is not that talented. Anyone ever hear her sing live? Wow. Pretty bad. Used her looks to snag a career. Was always about showing as much skin as possible. Even her brother called her a robot. Not shocking that he got sick of her.

Err…Mutt Lange didn’t exactly need her as his “personal bank machine”: The albums he produced in the 1980s alone old well over 100 million copies (hell, “Back In Black” *by itself* has sold 49 Million to date…). Whatever he was lacking for, it certainly wasn’t money.
