Fact Or Fiction: Angelina Jolie To Run For President
Well, I am pretty sure this one is FICTION, but let's just play along with Britain's Daily Express.
Angelina Jolie wants to run for president of the US.
The 'Changeling' actress is so "stirred" by her humanitarian work for the United Nations, she is reportedly planning to get into politics.
A friend told the newspaper:
"Angelina has admitted she's getting bored with Hollywood. She said she's now got her sights set on Washington. She is passionate about people's rights, war and justice and thinks she can get more hands-on and make even more of a difference by getting into politics. She admires President Barack Obama and thinks she could make a big difference too if she were in his position."
The 34-year-old star - who raises six children, Maddox, seven, Pax, five, Zahara, four, Shiloh, three, and 11-month-old twins Vivienne and Knox with partner Brad Pitt - has now set her sights on becoming the first woman in the White House.
"I would place a huge wager on her becoming the first female president within the next 20 years. When Angelina sets her mind on something, she goes all out to do it. She's very determined and gets very stirred by her UN work. She is well respected for her humanitarian work and I'm sure she would make as many waves if she moved fully into the political world."
Setting her mind to take up yoga or learn a new language is one thing. But setting her mind of becoming the President of the United States is a bit harder I would think. This sould assumes Angelina could accomplish just about anything! My goodness! :)

Why did CNN paste 'Exclusive' over Angelina's face while she was interviewed with Anderson Cooper. BTW it is not an Exclusive - everyone knows she supports Rufugees and this story is nothing new. She tells the same rufugee 'sad' story every year

Are you kidding?? "Sad' story?? What have you done with your life to help these 'sad' story refugee people?? Do you even feel obligated? These stories need to be told every minute of the day. Be glad that you are able to sit back on your cushy tush and type out your opionion, rather than struggle to live.
Chill out! Nobody was insulting the refugees. Everybody knows there are refugees in the world. Heck, there are refugees who get shelters in America from war torn countries. The point the person was trying to make is that story is not exclusive news. World Refugees days has been around for years.
And she's lied over and over about her "real" donations. If anything was actually given it was probably through the Pitt's and not this tramp.

I think having parties and stuff will depend on my future kids. My sister loved having parties when she became a teenager. But, on my birthdays I always wanted to go some place, like disney world or six flags. I was never big on parties and I'm still not. They are just to stressful to plan. I don't have a problem going to parties, it's just the work/money that goes into it planning.
My children's birthday parties, especially when they were younger, were major productions. As the years went on we realized that smaller, more intimate celebrations were best. They consisted of family and a few close friends, and didn't cost a fortune to throw. I think the JPs birthday parties must be pretty low key (unlike the Suri Princess extravaganza). You never see pictures or really hear about the celebrations, which is as it should be.
Everybody their own. I wouldn't judge someone because they have huge b-day parties. If I have the means, I would probably go for that too.

AAAWWWW!!!! we had a large family when i was little, we had 2 mos of the year without b-days, loved it:) like she said everyone's whose b-day it wasn't planned the b-day for the one whose it was........................back in those days you got one present so it was def well thought out by everyone in the family, really, really sweet.

I really like her. My daughter's use to be a big deal planned to the t. Even her outfits had to match the theme. Now that I have 2 kids we rent a place where all i have to do is show up with a cake.
WOW! Birthday all year round. How AMAZING! Of course if you are 8 in a family, chances are you will have a B-day every other month. Doesn't that make sense? But it's about her so it's so AMAZING, as if it's the first time it has ever happened in the history of the world.
Oh she'll try to somehow get this in the history books. lol

I have 5, one set of twins, and I do go all out and thankfully have a husband with a great job and I can afford it. However, that's just part of life and I guess I do it because my mother did, but I'm not going to go out and brag about it to the public like Holie does. We've only ever done family parties. This year (next weekend!) my son is having his first "friend" party! We rented out a water park and his whole class was invited, along with other friends & relatives. We're expecting about 50-60 kids. This will probably be his only "big deal" party since he's already 9 and kinda past the kiddie party phase, so we're going back to low-key next year. :)

I think it's nice to have a special day for each child, especially in a large family. I see moms who plan parties that don't seem to be what the child wants, and that is not so good. If you have the money, and your children enjoy it, why not? I would (I have no kids).
I don't think she has any chance of getting into the white house.

Would this mean Brad would be first man? Since they are not married, maybe not. I don't think Angie wants to be president. I doubt she wants to balance the budget or any of those other mundane tasks the president does. But maybe she would tell us if we have been in fact visited by another planet. Is area 51 for real?

the problem is she likes to Tango with married men. noone should stay married if no longer in love, but that doesnt give you green light to go and cheat on your spouse. get divorced first. Jolie does not respect a person's commitment to another, nor does the person that breaks the commitment and thats why Brad and Angelina are perfect for eachother.
