Besides all the other information we learned this week about Danielle's past, this week a court order has been released blocking the distribution of a sex tape the reality star was in shot by a cellphone. It just doesn't stop...
On Wednesday, a judge ordered an injunction banning the release of any sexually explicit footage featuring the reality star, 46, and ex Stephen Zalewski, 27.
"We went to court today to prohibit the distribution of any tape or photograph and temporarily restrain him from doing that, and we were successful," her attorney Darren Del Sardo tells Usmagazine.com.
Temporarily is the key term here. And if you are a fan of the show - yes, Stephen Zalewski. The love of her life who was 20 years her junior.
She needs to start surrounding herself with good people because what's Danielle's been doing for the last 30 years hasn't been working.

I totally agree. I have no idea what of her past is true and what's not, so I won't judge her. HOWEVER, I feel really sad for her daughters as well. She exposes them to so much negativity and relates to them like they're her girlfriends, not her 2 daughters that are under the age of 15. Sad.
Is anyone really shocked by this? Come on! It was blatantly stated that he just used her for his "daily b.j." and he was bringing other women to Teresa's shore house. This is not exactly a stand up guy, here. Honestly, I don't think anybody deserves to be taped "without their knowledge", but this is the same "lady" who talked about being up for sex in the restaurant bathroom (on national television!!) I have a hard time with her newfound concern for her modesty

This woman has not learned anything from the mistakes that she had made in the past. Is understandable that whatever she did was Twenty something yrs ago, but to continue to be so care free and acting this way when she's now a mom of two young girls is absolutely disgrateful. no one should feel sorry for this woman she just has made so many mistakes an is continue to do so. now i'm starting to believe that she wants people to feel sorry for her.

I have 2 opinions on her. 1 that I feel sorry for her, she just can't get a break 2. I can't help but feel that she brought this on herself. The whole book thing would have been done and dealt with if she had just ADMITTED it from the beginning instead of trying to cover it up. She has to keep defending herself when everyone knows the truth....the police reports don't lie. She needs to get off the camera and go sort her life out, at least for her kids!

I don't watch any of the Housewives shows because I don't care for them. People have DVRs now, they can record their favorite shows and watch them later. That's how people have the time, how do you find the time to come here? DUH!
So big deal if she was a hooker at least she had the brains and balls to get PAID instead of giving it up to some losers for free after a few zinfindales and dinner at T.G.I.Fridays. Please some of us just know how to use what we have, men just use women anyways and the quicker you learn that the happier you will be. I agree with Theresa at the reunion show.. Danielle should change her name to Drama because she is obsessed with it, she wants it in her life, she continues to create it, even when the situation does not warrant it.
She loves the attention, I truly believe she is a famewhore and needs so much attention, it is exhausting. I've met people like her and they are hungry ghost constantly sucking the life out of you. Even Jacqueline stopped talking to her (now). She does not care about her daughters one bit, all she cares is about herself.
i hate reality shows but i LOVE this one. theresa's frigging hilarious, caroline's a c*nt pretending to be mama corleone (oh puhleeze, lady, your whole family is 'connected'), dina has an invisible husband, and danielle has the WORST cheek implants i have ever seen. jacqueline seems relatively normal all things considered.

Enough is enough of ex-boyfriends and what not trying to knock this woman down. So she did some crummy stuff over 20+ years ago and chose to keep it to hself. Big deal. Leave her be already and remember that she has two young girls that will certainly understand what is going on.

Look, I've never seen this show, but stories like this come down to one thing: PEOPLE NEED TO STOP BEING STUPID. If you take pictures or video of yourself doing something that you don't want other people seeing, there's a possibility that other people ARE going to see it.
