The Michael Jackson news keeps on coming, and some of it is definitely getting stranger.
According to CNN, Michael’s body will be available for public viewing at the Neverland Ranch this Friday.
Regarding Michael’s death, the physician who lived with the singer, Dr.
Conrad Murray, explains that the 30-minute delay between the time he
found the singer unconscious in bed and the 911 call was because Dr. Murray did not know the exact street address for the
house. Thirty. Minutes!
Regarding Michael’s will, yesterday attorneys for his mother, Katherine Jackson, claimed that Michael died "intestate," which means he had no will. Yet Michael’s attorney has produced a will that Michael reportedly signed in 2002. In that will, he left his estate to his mother, three children, and a charity. Noticeably absent? Michael’s father, Joe Jackson.
It’s unclear what directions Michael left regarding custody of his children. And the latest news out about that makes things even murkier.

According to TMZ, neither Michael nor Debbie Rowe are the biological parents of the older two children. Us Weekly and Entertainment Tonight are claiming that Michael’s dermatologist is the biological father of his two oldest children. Both Debbie and the dermatologist reportedly signed agreements saying they would "never reveal the truth."
The youngest child was reportedly born to a surrogate who did not know Michael’s identity. A lawyer reportedly picked up the baby after he was born. No mother is listed at all on the third child’s birth certificate.
As if this isn’t all complicated enough, Michael never legally adopted any of his three children.
This raises all sorts of legal issues. Is Debbie, who was allegedly a surrogate herself (if she truly isn’t the biological mother), entitled to custody? TMZ says a case like that has never been tried in California.
And even if Michael did specify who should get custody of his children, will his wishes count if he is not their legal father?
Something tells me more unusual news is to come. Hopefully everything will be worked out in the children’s best interest.

This is very strange and bizarre. Why am I not shocked that MJ thought himself above normal laws that other people follow when it comes to him never legally adopting the kids. What about his entourage and why did thet not advise him about it? Surely no matter how deluded he was, they would have known that these are things he needed to do.
Dr. Murray is my mother’s cardioligist in Las Vegas. His office is in the same building as her job. She only has possitive things to say about him. She is very picky since she works in the medical field as well. I wonder what really happened.

Whoever are the biological parents, the fact is that Michael really loved them and was there taking care of them. For the kids, Michael is their father.

Bizarre in life…bizarre in death. No one should be shocked really. Michael kept everything as private as possible…getting debbie to swear legally she would never tell about origins of the children is an example. To be honest there was so much doubt over Michael and children ( he paid the first lot off if you remember), I expect thats why he didnt go for adoption…it could have been so long, drawn out and even messy. Yes he was found innocent but there was another saga before that.
I am surprised also with all the brothers that a very elderly mother is looking for custody…so what happens to them if anything were to happen to her suddenly? This is such a disturbing scenario for the kids. Note how none of the brothers and sisters are coming forward to look after them which would make more sense….perhaps its because they know the whole truth and dont feel its their position not being blood relatives of the children….very messy. Poor kids.

I have been a fan of Michael Jackson’s for many years. I remember several months ago I was looking on-line at his photos and the photo of his announcement of his come back tour. I remember praying for his soul. I had such compassion for him. I know the God I serve can do anything and I believed that God would be real to him. I also believe that the talent he had were gifts from God and what he chose to do with it was his choice. I’ve often wondered if he would have turned his life around and received Jesus as his savior what he could have done for the Lord? I pray for his children and family that God would be real to them and they would have a real experience with Jesus. Jesus came to this earth and died for our sins and all he ask is for us to except him as our savior and live for him. ***I wonder sometimes why that seems so hard for some? I agree, the Dr.’s story seems to change at each telling. Also, the cook saw the Dr. taking 2 oxygen bottles out of the house before the ambulance arrived and before he made his getaway causing law enforcement to tow his car he left behind in his rush to run.

If I’m not mistaken, because Michael was legally married to Debbie Rowe when she gave birth to the two children, he didn’t need to adopt them. It is automatically assumed that the man married to the mother is the father. His name automatically goes on the birth certificate, unless it is legally challenged at the time. I don’t know what that means for Blanket, but Prince Michael and Paris should be legally “his”
Michael was married to Debbie, but he’s not the father of the children. According to US Weekly, Michael’s dermatologist (Debbie’s former boss) is the father of Prince and Paris. I don’t know the legality of it all, but I’m sure many more stories will surface.
All in all I hope the children will be ok.
Media is stupid. Since when does he have to legally adopt anything. Lets go around the country and ask all couples if they legally adopted their kids that were born after their marriage, I guess most of married Americans forgot to do that–hello out there– were you adopted by your parents after you were born. And as for the doctor, well it defies belief. The eldest child could have found the address of that place while cpr was going on. Anyway, a guard made the 911 call I believe…he worked there, surely he knew the address? And when someomes life is hanging in the balance who cares about the EXACT address…you tell them the road, as good a description as possible, you have someone waving arms furiously for the ambulace arriving. With Michael unconscious in bed he should have been pulled straight to the floor for cpr and ‘immediately’ an ambulance called…no waiting at all. And then doc goes missing to escape the media? Huh? Who cares about the media when this happens? He should have been in that ambulance continuing to help..he was a doctor. My guess is Michael would have died anyway because I supspect chemicals from drugs caused his heart to slow down to a stop…no amount of cpr could have reversed that.

He has claimed that he had a terrible childhood and talked about it before, so why in the hell would he treat his children the way he did? How is it that Michael Jackson’s doctor did not know the address? He had been living with Michael for at least two weeks. Also, when anyone calls 911 their address automatically appears on the dispatchers display. The whole story makes no since to me.

Us weekly???? That’s a tabloid magazine. You’re actually telling people that you get you’re information from a magazine that prints articles and makes claims against Michael Jackson’s personality. A d.n.a test could & should be the only proof, ( because weather it’s proof or not) it’s all we have. According to the Associated Press, Diprivan was found in Michael Jackson’s home, but if you try to find an article written by A.P. it can’t be found. By the same token I have to wonder.. If his sister went into the house to clear out his personal items why would she be able to do that during a death investigation. Why doesn’t she have her “people’ release a statement ( because she’s in no condition too) that there were no drugs found? When Michel Jackson was found innocent of “any” wrong doing, it means just that. Rumors” circulated that he was faced with some ”1000 LAWSUITS” that is believed to have nothing to do with abuse charges, (because he was found innocent!! That in itself (in my opinion) is a strong case that defends his innocents, and shows that somebody, doing this entire investigation is going to do something wrong. Lastly why would anyone want to disgrace the name of someone that has had his name dragged through the mud, & then have those rumors continue as if they were a fact, when it can’t be proven. Michael is indeed the father of the children! Maybe you meant to say that he was not the biological father. Nevertheless, it does not matter whether he was the biological father or not. He was their father from the time that they were on this earth, he loved them, and they loved him. Also, the law states that he is the legal father because he was married to the mother when the children were born.

Now that Jackson children have shown their unveiled faces to the world, people are now claiming that they’re not his children. It’s so stupid that people are saying that Michael Jackson’s kids aren’t his kids because they’re white. That’s such an ignorant statement. I mean, even if the kids aren’t from his flesh and blood, they ARE his kids. He raised them, he fed them, he clothed them, he sheltered them, he LOVED them. There’s no other way to define a child’s father other than that. I dont know why anyone would want to make a Michael jackson movie. Who’d want to watch it without feeling disturbed? How would it be tackled It’d be interesting to say the least! I agree with the person that suggested that Michael Jackson was gay. I think he could have been a closet gay as he never had any real relationships (in the heterosexual sense) with women. He was surrounded by beautiful women throughout his career and probably could have dated any but the fact that he didn’t makes you wonder. Instead, he married an unattractive woman like Debbie Rowe to ward of speculation from the press and Lisa Marie was probably another cover but a great publicity stunt at the same time. “King of Pop marries daughter of King of Rock & Roll”, what a headline!!
It is not surprising that MJ would have been a closet gay (if he was) as he was thrust upon the media platform at an early age and didn’t get to develop in the way that other kids do because of his fame. He lived out his life through the lens of the media (like the Truman Show) and never got the opportunity to explore all the rights of passage that young people go through during puberty such as going on dates etc. Imagine telling a father like Joe Jackson that you are gay. A lot of the older generation of African American people are homophobic and lets not forget the time 1960s/70s. It was bad enough being black never mind being gay as well. A number of Hollywood sex symbols of the time such as Rock Hudson were gay but had to hide their sexuality so that they wouldn’t tarnish their Hollywood ‘sex symbol’ status.
As to the issue of his colour changing, it’s not surprising that he resorted to bleaching his skin as he was trying to make it as a star in an era were black was not deemed beautiful and when you have a father like Joe Jackson mentally abusing you, what are you supposed to do.
A number of black celebrities of the time have talked about the pressures they faced from music Executives to make their appearance more European, even Diana Ross had a nose job to help her career. Imagine being surrounded by role models like Diana Ross and going through puberty in the eyes of the public. Bombarded with images of the European ideal of beauty, the insecure Joe Jackson telling you that your African American features are ugly!! That must have been confusing and had a massive impact on his self-esteem.
There are so many black celebrities that have had work done (even today) and are ashamed to admit it. Its just because Michael was so famous, he couldn’t hide it!!
Had Michael been exposed to some kind of normal childhood and played with other children from the black community and shared the experiences of growing up in a racist America, maybe things would have been different.
The irony is that in a country were almost everyone has a shrink, why didn’t anyone get Michael help for the psychological and physical abuse that he suffered at the hands of Joe Jackson?
It is one of the most tragic tales of our time but at least now he can rest in peace, away from the media’s gaze.

If he and the family agreed maybe Omar Bhatti could play Michael . He at least could emulate more truth to the matter. In my opinion a true tribute movie would welcome authenticity and integrity. Without those it’s just another innacurate, presumptions flick meant to drain our pockets and puts no one to rest. We all do want the truth don’t we? Michael Jackson was not gay! Even his harshest critics have said that they have found nothing to indicate that Michael was gay. He has never been associated with having a relationship with another male. This information comes from investigative reporters that have covered Michael for many years. Rest assured, if there was a gay lover out there he would be writing a book like everybody else!!
I don’t think Omar Bhatti would “emulate more truth to the matter”. Michael was a black male and nothing about Omar Bhatti says black. Michael has stated himself that “I am a black American. I am proud of my race. I have a lot of pride and dignity”. I don’t think Michael or the Jackson family would approve of Omar Bhatti in such a role.

hello. you might want to check out interviews of MJ; he was vocal about his faith. at one point when asked about his “love…,” he said: “i would never stop helping and loving people the way Jesus said to; He (Jesus) said continue to love, always love, bring on the children, imitate the children, not childish, but childlike…” Guess that’s how MJ lived out his faith…
