Justin Timberlake To Star In Upcoming Guy Ritchie Movie?
Justin Timberlake is set to star in one of Guy Ritchie's new movies.
The 'SexyBack' singer met the British film director at his London pub The Punchbowl on Monday and the pair discussed working together.
A source said:
"Work is really taking off for Guy at the moment and he is lining up talent for projects in the pipeline.
"Guy and Justin have known each other for a while through Guy's ex-wife Madonna."
Guy thinks Justin - who has previously appeared in 2006 film 'Alpha Dog' - would be perfect for his big-screen version of musical 'Guys And Dolls' or a remake of the classic war film 'Wild Geese'.
The source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper:
"Justin would be ideal for 'Guys And Dolls' because he can act, dance and sing. He would be a great box office draw into the bargain, as well as a safe bet to sell the soundtrack."
As well as discussing future projects, Justin and Guy - who became friends when Justin worked with Madonna on hit single '4 Minutes' - drank pints of lager, before performing a few songs as they strummed on a banjo and a guitar.
An onlooker said:
"Justin got there about 11.30pm. Guy had been there since 8pm and the night quickly got very merry. At one point they were in such high spirits, Guy picked up a banjo and handed Justin a guitar and they had a little singsong."

Justin can sing, he can dance, but can he act? still waiting on the last one to happen.
See the movie "Black Snake Moan". Crappy movie, but he gives a really believable performance. Another unremarkable movie is "Alpha Dog" and he was actually good in that film as well.

I have only seen Guy's movie he made with Brad Pitt in it- I think it was Snatch (maybe?). It was so bad, and the accents were so thick I could not understand a darn word in the movie. Nope, won't be wasting money on this one either. I think he's an overrated director.

Snatch was a brilliant movie, even though it is not for everyone. I didn't understand half the dialogue first time I saw it but did the second time and was on the floor laaughing.

I really enjoy Justin's acting on things like SNL. I haven't seen any of his movies. I think he can pull Guys and Dolls off quite well.

he's way overrated. His clothing line is just average stuff, really. The guy has a biz talent, sure, and he's a good dancer (aping MJ, but who doesn't?) and a good performer, a decent singer, a truly NOT worthy actor. Can't get why people think he's hot (fame does it maybe), cos really his face is the average Joe's plus bad nose. His body is okay when he excercises, but tends to fat when he stops. Really... he's good, just not THAT good. Jessica Biel could do better (though I don't really like her as an actress either) at least for looks. If Justin weren't famous and from a long time, nobody would think he's hot. Let alone WAY hot. Fame and money can do so much, really...

Loved him in Love Guru, Alpha Dog and Black Snake Moan..I think he makes a fantastic double threat!
JT is a creative artist and individual whom can make a difference in anything he touches. Guy Richie's movies are quite enjoying, agreed a little difficult to follow at first, but hang in there it's worth it. Justin did an outstanding job in Alpha Dog and Love Guru...coupled with Richie....WOW!!!

justin timberlake absolutely can not act. There is a reason that every movie he is in is box office poison. You would think people would get it after a while and not offer him film roles. He can sell albums, but not movie tickets.
