Kevin Jonas Engaged To Girlfriend Danielle Deleasa
Since their fan base is very young, I tend to think of the Jonas Brothers as little boys, even though I KNOW they're not. Kevin Jonas is 21 years old, all grown up and ready to tie the knot!
He just proposed to his girlfriend of two years, Danielle Deleasa, and she said yes.
Kevin Jonas surprised his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa by showing up at
her doorstep in New Jersey early Wednesday morning and dropping down to
his knee to ask her to marry him. Presented with a cushion-cut diamond
ring that Jonas designed with Jacob & Co., Deleasa couldn't believe
what was happening.
Kevin said,
"She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row."
And Danielle adds,
"It still feels like a dream."
Kevin proposed after a concert and said he was understandably, a little bit distracted all night long.
"It was tough performing last night, knowing that I was going to ask
the biggest question in my life to the most amazing girl in the world."
One Jonas Bro down, two to go! And little girls everywhere sob hysterically... :)

I don't think that's true. Yes, they're young, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they're too immature to pull this off. Implying or saying otherwise just makes people seem bitter, jealous and the types who can't sustain a loving relationship regardless of their ages.

Well you don't know if he is going to be away for a considerable amount time. Danielle might actually join her husband on tour for all we know. Let's not try to assume anything especially something negative. And it's not fair assume that that the future Mrs. Kevin Jonas is a gold digger. Just because someone is dating a person or is engaged/married to a person wealthier than they are, or in general, with someone who has lots of money doesn't mean he or she are gold diggers. "He should had waited..."? Really? No; he shouldn't have and shouldn't have to. Who are we to actually decided that? Hopefully it all works out, and age really has nothing to do with the success of marriage. These days people let their marriages be destroyed easily. Remember it is for better and through worse; stop the mockery of marriage. God only knows.
And another unfortunate thing is the fact that today there are people who look down upon the idea of marrying young. It would be something else if they were 12 and 13, for example.

Again what is it with some people who make age an issue when two people are engaged with each other? How unfortunate; and it needs to stop. They aren't the first and won't be the last. The mother and father of Jessica Simpson married when they were 18 and 20, respectively. And guess what? Still married. Age has nothing to do with the success of a marriage.

Go ahead and argue, it's not going to change my mind. People just want to make excuses and rationalizations, but the fact is, he's got his head on straight, he's going to have more respect for her, and they don't currently feel "bound" to be together simply because they're having sex. It definitely changes your perceptions of a relationship if you're involved in that way, makes you feel "more" than you would otherwise, kind of pushes your relationship along farther than it might've if you weren't physically involved.

I agree! When you wait on the physical part of a relationship, you tend to really get to know the actual person instead of constantly being distracted by the physical. It definitely makes the relationship stronger!

I knew he had been in a relationship for a long time, but it definitely took me by surprise when I found out! You think of him as a little kid since their fan base is teenage girls. It's weird to think of one of the Jonas Brothers as married! But anyways, congrats to them and hopefully it'll last.

He's been dating her for two years now. Purity ring or not, if he loves her, why does he need to stay with her for five more years? Saying, "My wife," sounds way better than, "My girlfriend." I don't get why it matters.His parents married young, what's the problem with him doing the same?
I really dont think shes THAT pretty but kevins happy and thats all that matters right? But idont think the Jonas Brothers will break up.....maby if he has a kid.....in a couple of years or so.
