Plastic Surgery For Stephanie Pratt

I've been staring at pictures of Stephanie Pratt all week. There is something so subtly different about her face. Today was the first day I came across an older picture where I thought it wasn't just lighting and weight loss and was actually a great surgeon.
What do you think? Did 'The Hills' star Stephanie have work done on her face (specifically a nose job)? And if she did, what is the name of her doctor!!?

I was looking at a dvd cover of the first season of The Hills, and noticed how different they all look... I've never watched the show, but I see them plenty on here! :)

definitely a nose job--the tip isn't drooping anymore, and the bridge is narrower. she still doesn't look good though, imo.

Subtle nose job for sure. But my god, take off some of that makeup. She looks like a hooker.
She definitely had a little nip, tuck to the schnoz. But it looks good!
Call me crazy, but I liked her nose better before. Same with Heidi. Why do people think that looking generic makes them look better? I like noses with personality, not perfect little button noses (except on my kids - lol). Not that I really care about these people or what they do...... hahaha.

Yeah, I totally agree with you. She looks so much better with her old nose, or maybe it's just the different skin color in the before. Or the makeup. I dunno. But I agree with you about generic noses--people's noses give them character! And when a person has a fake nose, they have really taken away from their character. I'm all about the character! I'm back and I'm clad in plaid :)

I was thinking I was crazy because I couldn't see the difference in the pictures....but now I see it. Very subtle...NOT WORTH GETTING SURGERY OVER!! These people are crazy....

But I think the new nose job suites her well.
I'm a fan of the top left, no makeup, natural look. Definitely ditch the makeup and overprocessed hair.

She definitely had work done, and although it looks well-done, I think she looked much better before. I usually do think that celebrities look better before getting work done...something about natural quirks to a face look much more appealing to me than revised/edited/unnatural symmetry.

I saw her on TV last night and thought that she DID look a little funny. I think she does have a great surgeon... I hope she doesn't try to deny it

That before picture is waaaaaaay better than all those with the tons of makeup on.
Top left is NOT a before, I just found it on usmagazine.com. It was recent! She has definely had some work done!

It is so hard to say unless you have pictures from exactly the same angle.
I probably wouldn't have noticed unless someone pointed it out (thanks by the way)....and I agree with others....is she going for the Heidi look? Why would you want that for your role model?

OMG, I saw her on E!News or something like that and I instantly noticed she had a completely different nose and her lips done! Come on people....its beyond obvious and I would guess her, Heidi and Ashley Simpson all went to Dr. Raj Kanodia...the Bev Hills plastic surgeon well known for the best nose jobs in LA.
I saw her in an interview a few days ago (about her bulimia) and barely recognized her...small nose (that used to be long), full lips (that used to disappear when she smiled) and fresh faced with the make-up (which led me to this search result). I think she looks great but looks so completely different. I actually think she looks a LOT like Lo now (from the Hills). I guess as an average person who would have to cash in my kids college funds for plastic surgery, I am a little bitter and feel like they are cheating the universe by being able to completely alter their looks whenever they please!!!

Brow lift, nose job, and lip filler. I have to say, the lip filler is great on her, she doesn't have duck lips like most women who use lip filler do.

She does look better, but what is weird is that she is looking more and more like Heidi. I noticed her lips are plumped up now too. Maybe Spencer wants them to look like twins. Ewwww
