It’s up for negotiations according to husband Mark Consuelos! While discussing how happy he was to be married to Kelly Ripa for 13 years, the actor confessed they aren’t firm either way.
"You know, I love having three kids. Three kids is a great number. You never know, four is also a great number. Four legs
on a chair, very stable. Although a tripod on a camera is very stable
as well, some would say more stable. I don’t know. It’s up for
negotiation."
What was the right number for you? How many children do you have? Or are planning to have?
I always said no children and then wanted 2. Because of circumstances I was never to have any. I now have my husbands son and daughter who are older and out of the house but are still wonderful and I am proud of both of them.
I don’t think Kelly is going to have another one. She made a comment on her show which lead people to beleive either she had her tubes tied or Mark was fixed! So maybe they are talking about adopting one.
I have two boys, 10 and 7. I always wanted another boy, but I stopped at two.
I have a boy, Daniel, he’s a handful so I’m not having any more, and my husband agrees

I had 3 girls. I couldn’t have any more after the 3rd one, but wanted 4. They are all grown now. I love big families. Altho the teen years tries your patience, it’s just a small glitch in the road.

I have 4 sons, 6 – 12 and am beyond done. I always wanted to have 4 kids, and now I have what I wished for and it is so much work! Movies, media, and sentimental human instincts glamorizes the whole kids and family thing and sets women up for a tough reality. Take my advise, ladies… keep the whole thing in perspective. Having your magic number of kids is no guarantee of a happy family.
I have 0. Want to have 2. I think it is the perfect number to give them the attention they need. But that is depending on personal views.

I don’t think I want more than two kids, but if I had the kind of money and help that Kelly Ripa has access to, I might have a different view on it.
I always thought we’d try for three, but our second is SUCH a handful that we’re now thinking that 2 is quite enough. My boys are 5 1/2 and 3 1/2….old enough for first grade and half day preschool. The idea of starting from scratch (with another one who could be just as difficult as my 3yr old!!) is enough to make me break out in hives
I already have my little boy…hopefully a few years down the line I will get my girl then I’m done lol.

Have a little boy (16 months). Working on #2. Will contemplate #3 only when #2 is here. Will most likely not contemplate #4 unless #3 is a twin. Actually what is there to contemplate then? Yikes.

My son just turned 9. He wasn’t meant to be an only child (I wanted 5 kids, hubby said 3 was the limit) but God knew best. That’s what I keep telling myself, anyway! It’s a tough pill to swallow, having that choice taken away from you. But saying that, it does make me thankful that I was able to have Henry. He’s healthy and beautiful and smart… I really couldn’t ask for more.
I have 3 girls, but I want to have a boy…shall I keep trying? My husband says we will end up with 6 girls, which is just fine. Except we would have to pay for 6 weddings.

I have two a girl and boy 6 and 5. That’s perfect for me. Hard thing is, I’m divorced so I either have to find a man who already has kids (which would be getting more kids the easy way!) or a man who doesn’t want kids which would make me wonder if he even likes kids. Because if I find a man who doesn’t have them and wants them I might end up with a big gap between my already school aged, this is the easier part no more daycare and diapers children and a brand new screaming pooping ball of attention…..AND i just got all the baby weight off!
