Paris Hilton Doesn't Want To Be Pigeonholed As A WAG
For those of you who aren't familiar with the term WAG, in the UK they use it to mean Wives and Girlfriends of soccer players. I think really the only ones INO follows are Victoria Beckham and once in a while Cheryl Cole. I take it that they're sort of like the Real Housewives of England...maybe they need their own TV show. :)
Anyway, Paris Hilton is now saying that she was the one who dumped Portuguese soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo (other blogs were originally reporting that he dumped her because he didn't want to be long distance). However, Paris says that the truth is she didn't want to be a WAG.
People were saying we were the new Posh and Becks, in fact that's what
people said I was going around saying, but it's not true. Posh and
Becks are a beautiful and amazing couple but I would not want to be
just a footballer's wife. But some girls just become known for being a
footballer's girl. I wouldn't ever want to be pigeon-holed like that.
Ouch, that's kind of a slap in the face to Victoria! I doubt Victoria thinks or herself as "just" a WAG, considering she was first famous for being a Spice Girl and now she has her own clothing line and everything.

Did anybody ever really think they were a couple? It was obviously a one night hook up. He is famous for that and so is she. She wishes he even looked back once or that anyone ever called her a WAG. Victoria is definately not a WAG. The term implies they are just the wife or girlfriend and are nothing without. Victoria had plenty going for her before she met and him still does.
