Adoption Plans For Ryan Reynolds And Scarlett Johansson

Adoption Plans For Ryan Reynolds And Scarlett Johansson

I wish Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson would just step out in public together. I am so sick of using pictures of them apart when writing about the couple. Come on guys! Go grab some sushi or something. :)

Sorry for the vent...  back to the story.

The 'Proposal' actor - who married the 'Lost In Translation' star last
September - dreams of giving a home to a disadvantaged child because of his
own upbringing with an adopted sibling.

"My oldest brother is adopted and I have every intention of
adopting at some time. I'm very grateful for having my brother in my life. I
couldn't be more pro-adoption. There are plenty of kids in the world that
need it."

Although Ryan is now very close to his three brothers, he admits they didn't
always get on as youngsters.
He added to Britain's Glamour magazine:

"I learned how to take a punch from a
very early age. I was routinely pummeled into a fine cottage cheese."

Boys will be boys!

The 32-year-old star also enjoys a close relationship with his parents and
says he shares a lot of their traits.

"I have my father's face and body, but my mother's unshakeable
thirst for knowledge. She works part-time jobs but basically she's been a
student her whole life. She still goes to university and she's in her 60s."

Wow! I love that. Not so sure I'd be up for finals in my 60s - but looks like Ryan's mother is enjoying every moment.

While I commend them on wanting to adopt and wish them the best of luck, they really should not rule out procreating. That would be a waste of good genes!

Good for Ryan. Now in regards to his Mum still going to college... I think it's wonderful but surely it costs a mint. losethatgirl blog

In Canada that stuff isn't as pricey as it is else where. Their university is affordable and I think it is free for the younger generation , so it is a steal for those who will pay out. I dated a canadian who went to college in Canada, he mentioned it wasn't costly. There taxes provide a great deal. NOT LIKE THE USA, WHERE WE CAPITALIZE ON THE POOR AND THE DEFENSELESS. WHAT A SH1TTY COUNTRY WE LIVE IN. Kids struggling for an education here ( and you know what that means for our medical system) and others get Free medical and Education, like a breeze. OUR SH1T IS ALL FUKED UP. THINGS WILL GET BETTER, AMERICANS NEED TO WAKE UP!

University/College is not free or cheap in Canada.

CHEAPER THAN THE USA, IDIOT. TRYING GOING TO COLLEGE HERE, in the U.S. I DID. FOR 2 DEGREES. AND IT ISN'T CHEAP. THE COST OF LIVING AND BOOKS AND ETC. WHERE..... AS TO CANADA, THE EXPENSES ARE CUT DOWN TO A MARGIN WHICH IS MORE LIVABLE THAN IT IS HERE AND IN EUROPE. Where are you getting your facts? Trust me, I deeply looked into it. I was trying to go away for schooling, I should have; Please, with the sh1t education I got........ REALLY , DON'T BOTHER TO COMMENT ON MY GRAMMAR AND DICTION . THIS IS A GOOF SITE, FOR GOOFS. BUT, every now and then I do have to point out things some people just don't get the details on.

Maybe Ryan can't get it up with Scarlett and they decided to adopt a child. (Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman again?)

I wouldn't have the same problem. Scarlett can have my baby.
