Paris Hilton is back to spending her days in a courtroom, but she looks very composed, doesn’t she? Especially when you consider she had just gotten off a plane from Dubai the night before!
Paris is being sued by the investors of her 2006 film ‘National Lampoon’s Pledge This!’ who claim she did not fulfill her promotional duties for the film, such as skipping appearances on ‘Jay Leno,’ ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ and ‘Extra.’
Defense attorney Michael Weinstein countered Thursday that between
December 2006 and May 2007, Hilton ”promoted the hell out of this
movie”
Courtroom eyewitnesses said Paris “fiddled with [her two long ponytails] the entire time she was in the courtroom.” I can understand her being nervous, but luckily, jailtime is not a possibilty in a case like this.
The judge reported cracked some jokes and seemed to be urging the sides to settle the lawsuit, according to courtroom witnesses.
Paris is expected to take the stand today.

This movie was in 2006. Why are they suing her now? Well, I don’t really know a lot about this law stuff, so I don’t really know what I’m talking about… She does look good BTW.

The only reason I am skeptical about this is that when has Paris Hilton ever not been first in line to promote anything she is doing??????? anything, good or bad. There must be something else behind the law suit.
Never even heard of this movie, thank goodness. She needs to be held to her part of the bargain. I’m shocked – I think she looks amazingly nice here. Wish she would just grow up and start doing something good (or just something, at all) with her life.
