Kim And Khloe Kardashian Come Out With A Cleanse

Kim and Khloe Kardashian are launching their own diet cleanse.
The reality TV stars have created the supplement, called Quick Trim, with GNC (General Nutrition Center) and Kim insists it is the only product of its type she has been able to use.

"It’s a lemonade-based cleanse. It’s ready to go! Khloe has lost 20lbs off it. I tried the pepper ones for literally half a day. I couldn’t stick to it! But I can totally do this."

I am interested…

Khloe, 25, is thrilled with her new toned figure, but added the change in her physique is also down to a new fitness regime.

"I try to do 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory. Obviously if I have more time, I want to do weights, but really cardio is what works for me. Cardio leans me out, and still works muscle definition too.

"I eat whatever I want until noon. From noon on, I watch what I eat. I only drink champagne. 100 calories in a glass, and I’m good."

Have you tried a cleanse before? I read an article on Lauren Conrad this week in Cosmopolitan and she said she was on a cleanse at the moment. I’m more interested in the removing of impurities aspect than weight loss.

All that “cleansing” and yet….she’s still full of s***!!!

I’ve never seen the point. Why not simply eat healthy to start with? Your body isn’t a single sewer pipe that gets clogged as you put things in it… it’s a fully functioning multi-part machine that is self-cleaning.

Yes, i do it with my hubby, 02.01. until 13.01. every year.
I feel great afterwards, very powerful and for us, its a fresh start after the holidays with waaay to much food :-)
I eat very healthy and do sports, but this time of the year i go crazy.
After the cleansing i appreciate food even more, eat more sensible.

The body is made to cleanse itself. Thats why you have a liver and kidneys. Duh. I am SO SICK of people taking diet, fitness and nutrition tips from ‘celeberities’ these people have no qualifications and no idea how the body works. Get your facts and info from a DOCTOR not the skanky ass Kardashian sisters. Please, this so so pathetic.

WTF would you listen to people who’s only claim to fame is having a big a&& when it comes to your health???? Can you say lawsuit waiting to happen? Doesnt anyone remember the trouble that Dr (?) Phil got into over his supplements that were a crock? People, PLEASE don’t reply on “stars” for your medical advice.

    LOL!!!

  8. exactly what i was thinking! UNHEALTHY and DANGEROUS! Whatever happened to small balanced meals and exercise?

  9. valcat says:

    My thoughts exactly!

  10. tati says:

i tried the master cleanse and its DISGUSTING!

  11. lara jane says:

People should talk to their nutritionist/dr before doing anything like this. And yes, you should eat healthy to start with, but most people don’t eat healthy 100% of the time. And yes, the body is self-cleaning, but only to a degree.

  12. momster says:

OOHhhh! I’m going to HAVE to try this cleanse! JUST BECAUSE it has Kim & Khloe’s name associated with it!!!! (totally kidding, BTW)

  13. Anonymous says:

she is a fke butt implanted troll!

i would never take advice from these fake women , especially when they run to the plastic surgeon for fake parts, then they gonna tell you how to lose weight with some damn lemonade.. bull! if that was the case lots of folks would be slimmer! thaey are fake and annoying and reggie must be a retard to be that tons of makeup wearing kim. If you are so beautiful why do you need all that makeup?

Cleanses just seem so odd ~ Liz ~

What kind of cleanse do people think they need so badly that their own body is unable to adequately handle? Don’t you think that if ‘toxins’ were really builing up in your system in any measurable way that you would have some adverse symptom and would go see your DOCTOR?! This is a myth, a ploy to get you to buy into the idea that you might be making yourself sick and can now get healthy IF YOU BUY MY PRODUCT.

Excessive amounts of water loss and electrolyte imbalance from cleanses are a possibility. Not to mention the ensuing overall poor nutrition you will be forcing on your body.

I’ll step off my soapbox now. Good day.

I 100% agree with you. People a long time ago must not have lived so long and so healthy because they weren’t “cleansing”. *sarcasm*

Cleanse my ase… Fasting more like it….

  19. I have been extremely fond of the Master cleanse diet for a number of reasons as a fasting tool rather than a weight loss tool. Great post

Is that the lemonade and cayenne(sp?) cleanse? My boss told me about that cleanse two days ago..I was like “how could you know anything about cleansing?” haha. He’s an old MSgt..that was the suprising factor.

  22. luckystar says:

No, I wouldn’t try a cleanse. I think it’s abit strange and wrong for your body- basicly starving yourself. Of course you lose weight, but you’ll pile on more weight when you start to eat again.

  23. hkay says:

Get a colonscopy. That’s a guaranteed “cleanse”, no $hit (pun intended)

  24. sherry says:

I have done a Usana Reset cleanse a couple of times, and felt wonderful after it was done. This week I am going to try the lemon/maple syrup/cayenne pepper cleanse…wish me luck!!!

    Good luck

  26. kiki says:

I tried the lemon/maple syrup/cayenne pepper cleanse. It is a good cleanse. I only did it for four days because I wasn’t doing it to lose weight, just to cleanse my body by removing toxins. After just two days, I felt amazing. Just read up on it because there can be complications if you are not careful. It is safe, you just need to do it right.

  27. ALmostEviL says:

How does it taste? Can you taste the pepper? I ask because peppers make me sick.
