‘Inglourious Basterds’ star Brad Pitt talked to Wired magazine, and given the magazine’s focus, he talked about online etiquette and even included advice about using cell phones.
When it comes to what pictures to post (remember when Ashton Kutcher posted a picture of Demi Moore’s bottom?), Brad said:
"Don’t take a picture of your wife’s butt. That’s silly. Take pictures of other people’s wives’ butts."
And as far as online dating?
"Everyone lies online. In fact, readers expect you to lie. If you
don’t, they’ll think you make less [money] than you actually do. So the only
way to tell the truth is to lie [about your salary]."
Here’s the most delicate question the people of Wired asked Brad: what about talking on the cell phone while going to the bathroom?
"No, you can’t talk on the phone! Do you want the guy next to you to
hear your entire conversation? That’s why you should only text in the
bathroom. Just be sure you don’t hit the wrong button and end up
putting a photo of your junk on Twitter. Trust me, you don’t want those
followers."

I’ve seen this story on a few blogs and for some reason the story never includes the fact that he’s answering the questions as his character in the movie and not as Brad Pitt. Since people are so quick to hate on him they didn’t bother to realize the interview is part of a joke.
