Oh no! Naomi Watts arrived in Rome with her youngest son Samuel Kai for a short holiday. Unfortunately for Naomi, she slipped down the steps as she was leaving the aircraft hurt herself. Airport security grabbed a wheelchair and assisted the actress to her car.

She’s wearing some ridiculous shoes. Those flippy floppy things are as bad as high heels. No wonder she fell. And really, I bet they got her a wheel chair because she is a celebrity. Pretty sad.
Wow.. what a sucky way to start a holiday… stairs suck when you’re totally jet lagged trust me I know from experience!
She probably hit her tailbone. Gosh that’s so painful (and embarrassing) when that happens. Her son has grown up to be such a gorgeous little boy! He was cute before, but he is getting cuter and cuter with age! If only I were so lucky haha.
