Fact Or Fiction: Entertainment Weekly Snub Has Gwyneth Paltrow Seething
Remember the Entertainment Weekly cover highlighting 'Iron Man 2' with Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Mickey Rourke. Did you notice that Gwyneth Paltrow was missing? I actually didn't until I read this article from The Sun claiming that the actress is furious she wasn't included in the photoshoot.
"Gwyneth was afraid she'd be upstaged by Scarlett and not being in the campaign was the final straw.
"She is furious she's been left out."
The good news is Gwyneth's rep has already responded to this rumor claiming his client is not at all upset.
"She was not at all upset.
"The fans will get to see more of Pepper Potts as we get closer to the film's release next May."
But what else would we expect him to say? What do you think? Is Gwyneth upset about the snub? Would you be if you were part of the first installment and now not really being included in the press for the second?

Pepper Potts isn't exactly a main character; she's basically a glorified personal assistant. She isn't one of the Super Heroes or Villains, so I can definitely understand why she wasn't on the cover.

Too bad for Gwen ........ she is such a SOURPUSS and so BORING!!! Glad to know that Scarlett is being promoted even more. She is gorgeous, charistmatic and sexy .......... all this is what Gwen is not. Why doesn't she go back to Spain (wasn't she praising this country like crazy a couple of weeks back?) Way to go Scarlett ;-)
Gwen makes fun of blockbusters and looks down on America but her nontalent and ugly face is on Iron Man same with Maggie G. who ruined the Dark Knight.Maggie cant act,she looks scary and hates America too.

Fiction or not Paltrow always gets in trouble because she's so arrogant. She trashes other stars,lectures about diet,belittles Americans and again took a swipe at America that Spain is better.
She was actually close to not landing part 2 because Fox didnt wonna honor her contract the way they betrayed Terence Howard. Howard was so upset that he was replaced by Don Cheadle. This was earlier this year on the Parade magazine interview.
I'd believe it. She seems very high and mighty arrogant. And I really didn't like her in the movie. She was just very annoying and provided nothing to the movie with her "acting abilities".
I love Downey. He is my man and cant wait for Ryan Reynolds to be Green Lantern. Of all the superhero leading ladies my least favorites would be Gyllenhaal,Paltrow,Connelly,Bosworth,Mendes and Dunst and most of Batman's lady decors like 007. The women I love would be Pheiffer's Catwoman,Katie Holmes,Kidman,Kidder as Lois Lane,Garner in Daredevil and Liv Tyler in Hulk.
It doesn't look good for Goop Fish sticks to look jealous to the fans...so she will swallow her pride, put on her best face and act like she is OK. She is seething and jealous about Scarlet. Awwwww, someone call the waaaaaaambulance for this pretentious snotty bitch.
I think it's more likely because most of the roles for women are "support" and love interest in these movies. They are there to appeal to sexual desires. This industry considers someone (only) 36 y.o. to be "old". Johansen is there to show off her T&A. It's not good for anybody to be ok with this. We're all quickly headed for "old" and it's not a good thing by this standard.

Suuuuuuuureeee, she isn't upset....... FACT! Gwen would be pissed. She has herself waaaay high up on that imaginary pedestal of hers. I think she's an airhead - she has GOOP to TRY to make her look ingenius and insightful, but isn't what she says like, common knowledge???
