From the video, more is revealed about Glassman’s party-girl past, as she is seen at times frolicking without her pants on and smoking from a pipe and bong.

This story gets more and more sad. The demise of their marriage in public is bad but the choices that are being made in the aftermath are unbelieveable. Very sad.

I’ve watched this show for years. I always thought Kate was somewhat degrading at times, but there’s such a thing as creative editing and I never knew for sure if TLC was making her out to be that way. But the one thing I always thought was that he is a regular guy and a good dad. It’s really sad to see their marriage fall apart and their lives spiral down like this. All this stuff just bums me out, I feel bad for their kids.
This is funny and sad to me…funny because these young girls don’t ‘think” before they do stupid sh!t..EX: “Girls Gone Wild” etc. Sad, because the media will roast you over an open public flame if given the chance.

never watched it, just followed here in the tabs and I didn’t like Kate. But the more of this a$$wipe i see…swear to god. She’s pretty smart to let this all play out in the media gracefully…plenty of evidence for family courts. (DUH Jon!) For some reason though…I just keep thinking that they are both playing EVERYONE.

She’s smoking a bong with her friends, whatever. The waterpipe cools the smoke so it isn’t harsh on the lungs and I haven’t ever heard of anybody O.D.ing on marijuana. Overall, in moderation, it isn’t a big deal. I’m sick of people being so self-righteous about smoking pot. Honestly, people get in more trouble drinking alcohol than smoking pot. Don’t knock it till you try it.
The main problem I see with this is that she is a 23 year old girl that is partying hard and is waaaay too irresponsible to be the stepmom of eight children.
Right now, the kids are the last thing on Jon’s mind. People cheat because the other person makes them feel different in some way. My guess is that this girl make him feel free, young, and careless. The pressure of the media, his wife, and having 8 kids probably caused him to have a breakdown. I’m not making excuses for him, but I believe that he needs psychological help otherwise he will be an unfit father for his children.
I wonder if she still thinks her behaviour is cool after it’s been plasted all over the world now. Clearly she thought she was the shit. I feel so bad for the children! I hope they never have to endure this disastrous mess of a human being.

The sad part is this is so common for people her age nowadays. It doesn’t mean it’s acceptable though, especially since she could be a step-mom for 8 kids.
It’s been common for people in their early twenties for a long time- like they weren’t doing the same thing 40 or 50 years ago (Woodstock anyone?). But not everybody did it then and not everybody does it now- don’t generalize youth because you’ve lost touch with yours.
I don’t really think it is common at ALL to act this repulsive. I am her age and have partied with hundreds of people in university and I am not aware of anyone who acts like this at all, because no one wants to be around that type of person anyway. People get irritated if some one is way out of control.

It’s not ridiculous, nor immature, it’s about people who forget how things really were when they were young and then they sit on high horse and say how the youth of America is failing and doomed, when things aren’t any different than they were for any other generation in their twenties (as far as partying), further more, although some do choose to partake in those kind of activities, the actions of a few are not representative of entire generation.
