Spies are insisting his partying ways are a bit out of control. Rumor has it that Nick picked up 5 girls while clubbing at Madame Royale in LA.

Nick and Vanessa and Amie and her boyfriend were seen in February, all four of them were at some BBQ restaurant in April and Nick and Vanessa went to Paris at the end of May.
