I totally agree. Don’t these parents realize the kids are gonna be in a class with loads of other kids with the same name?! When I was in school there was a million Steve’s so they had to go by last initials… they hated it.
I have a 17 year old cousin (girl) named Caden so I always think of it as a girl’s name, too. Although now I know about 3 boys under the age of 2 with the name.

Also, almost everything I’ve read about Toth points to him “hating everything.” For all we know, he was probably just an extremely outspoken person with a short fuse and not much patience with other people, thus anything he’d say probably got interpreted as though he hated everything or was a jerk. Most of us will never know either way.
