Jimmy Fallon Gives Paula Abdul Some Positive Reinforcement

Let the jokes begin. Jimmy Fallon dedicated a part of last night's show to wish Paula Abdul farewell. He offered advice and kind words to the former 'American Idol' judge. ;) 

By quitting the show, you have taken two steps forward... and we as a nation have taken two steps back. 

Poor Paula. I know she asked for it... but never in a million years did she think it would end up this way.
