Liv Tyler Has Learned To Dress Her Post Pregnancy Body

It takes a while, but I think most women learn how to work with their new bodies after having children. Our style needs to shift a bit, but then we learn to be rather deceptive with our shapes. Don’t we?!

Liv Tyler has learned to hide her "womanly tummy".
The ‘Incredible Hulk’ actress – who has a four-year-old son with her
estranged husband, musician Royston Langdon – rarely wears tight-fitting
clothes because she doesn’t want to show off her post-pregnancy stomach.

"I have learned to dress for my body shape. I feel best about my
legs but have a womanly tummy, so I always feel good when I have something a
little loose around my stomach and my legs are poking out.

"My default outfit is tights or leggings with a cute shift dress."

Who are Liv’s favorite designers? She tells Britain’s Elle magazine:

"I
love dresses by Isabel Marant and Stella McCartney heels. I love Stella’s clothes – they are so elegant and easy to wear. It was fun
when she made me a dress for a ball once. Having something made specifically
for me and being able to collaborate on the design was great.

"I am also addicted to American Vintage for their gorgeous slips and
T-shirts."

Liv looks fab all the time. Even when dressed down. And there is nothing wrong with a womanly tummy, that is what women’s tummies are made to look like! We were not meant to support six packs all our lives!

  8. Grand. If there’s one word I hate, it’s grand. It’s so phony. For a second, I was tempted to tell her to forget about the matinee. But we chewed the fat for a while. That is, she chewed it.
