Dean McDermott And Tori Spelling Respond To Candy Spelling’s Statement

When I say Candy Spelling’s statements, I’m talking about the one addressed to her “middle-aged reality show stars” statement, not the “I love you” one. TMZ caught up with Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott at the airport and asked them about it.

Tori said she “hadn’t read anything,” and Dean had this to say:

“We don’t use our children as props. We take really good care of our children.”

As for Candy’s assertion that her invitation to her granddaughter’s birthday was merely a TV set-up?

“Everyone’s entitled to their opinion.”

You can watch a video of the encounter here. Something tells me this feud won’t end anytime soon.

Their kids are not only reality show props, but reality show pawns. Tori and Dean are so desparate for fame and fortune, they will do anything and use anyone (including their kids) for money. Dean should keep his mouth shut opposite Candy…after all she is executor of Mr. Spelling’s will therefore she is his meal ticket. He certainly can’t support his 2 families on his own. He could not even get on Dancing With The Stars!!! T and D stands for “talentless” and “desperate”

If any of us were given the opportunity to live the life that tori and her family live, would’nt we???????? These children will always be known in the public eye because of who thier mothers is..She could never have them on T.V, again and the world will always know who they are…..If i could give my kids the life thay tori’s children have, i would..I think people need to learn when to mind thier own buisness and let the parents raise thier own kids!!!!!!!! To all the mothers who just wanted more for thier children!!!!

Really? Why have them on a reality show then?

  6. elaine123 says:

    Exactly what I was thinking….

  7. exposition says:

They all need to shut up. What do they consider themselves? Worthwhile human beings? Because to me they are props just as much as their children are.

all of this is just dumb.

    So disfunctional! —em’s

I’m not even going to waste my time and read the story. I am, however, going to waste my time to say these people are nuts and need to go away.

I love Tori’s response. I’m sure it p1ssed off her mom even more though. Ignore the beast and it will go away.

  12. NiChar says:

The sad thing is that they are using their children as props. Even worse the kids have no say in it!! They will be recognized all their lives, around the world because of their reality shows. Their privacy will be constantly violated, and they had no say in it. Not all children want to be famous.
Having camera’s around them is the norm for them since birth.

  13. Gisela says:

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!! Tori and Dean using the kids as props?!?!?…NEVER!! LIES!! LIES!! SHUT YO’ MOUTH!!———
