According to InTouch, Ellen Pompeo is pregnant with a little baby girl! I’m not totally sure if I believe them or not…but hey, they have a 50/50 chance of being right 
Apparently Ellen bumped into Nicole Richie while shopping and the two of them chatted about their little ones on the way.
"Nicole and Ellen greeted each other with a hug and seemed like they were good friends," an eyewitness tells In Touch.
Nicole was helping the 39-year-old with her baby registry. Ellen is due
in October, and wanted everything from a BabyBjörn bouncer to girly
organic blankets. "Nicole was so excited to offer her help to Ellen,"
says an insider. "She was giving advice about what she should buy and
things she’ll need for the nursery."
