I guess this isn’t really a surprise to anyone, but in light of her upcoming Playboy cover, Heidi Montag is revealing what may be obvious: she’s had some plastic surgery done. What I love is how non-halant she is about it (although it makes sense, given how common plastic surgery is these days 
"When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys," Montag, who also had a nose job, tells the magazine in an interview conducted by her husband, Spencer Pratt.
And Heidi isn’t done, either.
"I plan to get a few more upgrades … I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups," she says.
Adds the newlywed, "I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer]."
Husband Spencer Pratt, however, seems happy with Heidi the way she is.
"I wanted to shut down production after every outfit change [at the photo shoot] so I could enjoy [Heidi] all to myself."
Maybe Heidi’s plastic surgeries will be documented in ‘The Hills.’

“mutilate” is a bit harsh, don’t you think? And sure, in a perfect world, husbands are supposed to love you just the way you are, but I have no problem with women who get plastic surgery to feel better about themselves. Don’t get me wrong though….I agree with all here that this bimbette is the most vacuous chick on the planet, but I’m not going to lay into her for the plastic surgery bit.
