Oh no! Right before getting on stage in Finland, Lily Allen fell down and really hurt her back. She refused to cancel the show and instead was given a pain-killing injection… which ended up not really helping.
Halfway through her set, Lily began to cry on stage. Fans watched as the singer wiped away the tears with a towel.
While on stage, she blamed it on emotions telling the crowd:
"I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it’s not because of you but because of me."
However, Lily took to her Twitter feed right before she began the show writing: "
(I) fell over badly last night and I’ve really f**ked my back up. Just had an injection in my bum. How am I gonna get through tonight’s gig?"
She’s a trooper that’s for sure! Back pain is crippling.

Wow. I’m shocked that she’s that dedicated. You can’t say that for a lot of other singers in this world. They probably would have cancelled the whole tour.
